Newly renovated 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home located in the Riverwood Community in Mitchell Park. This is right outside the gates of the beautiful 27 hole golf course Champions Retreat, where the Augusta National Women's Amateur is played prior to the Masters. Open concept kitchen great for hosting with brand new quartz countertops. Living room features a large sectional and 75" smart tv. The master bedroom has a king bed with smart TV and ensuite bathroom with newly installed marble shower and soaking tub. Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms and an office which has a sectional that allows configurations to provide for a fourth additional bedroom if needed. Each bedroom has a smart TV and direct bathroom access as well as walk-in closets. There is a back porch with patio furniture, fire pit, and 65” smart TV over looking the back yard which is suitable for grilling and gatherings.
