My overall experience was terrible here!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. My money was taken out of my account not once but twice and had a hard time getting my money back!! Be aware!!

I found the staff to be rude and inefficient. Pool was closed and has been for months. AC in the room worked fine, but AC on the 3rd floor was out. Things kind of falling apart all over the place. Our room stunk of mildew on the 3rd floor. The good was the hang out area in the lobby.

What could have been a nightmare?!

At check-in, the hotel didn't have the room we booked due to a basketball tournament in the area. The assistant general manager assisted us along with the gentleman at the desk.
