"Even though there were renovations going on to the lobby and restaurant, the hotel was quiet. There was adequate signage to direct us to the makeshift lobby, and the employees who were manning the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large, and the shower was very nice (lots of hot water on demand). All-in-all, it was a wonderful stay."

"Love the history of this property. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful even though they say the wood floors may squeak. Comfortable beds and beautiful grounds to enjoy. We enjoyed breakfast as well as lunch on site. We will be back."
