"The entire staff team and service were amazing - from check-in to bar to restaurant to shuttle driver! And, the room was comfortable and clean, except... there is no air conditioning in the rooms. While the room was comfortable in the late afternoon/ evening with the windows open, it was not particularly comfortable with the shades closed (to break the light but, unfortunately, also the air flow) and the fan on. I thought, based upon my Hotels.com search, that I had booked a hotel with air conditioned rooms."

"Very simple, but clean rooms. Very nice to be able to take the free train/shuttle right from the airport when we arrived and left. The staff called a taxi for us to get to the city center but the train and bus station are right outside as well. We were there on a record breaking heat wave- and the AC was working but it did not feel as cool as we had hoped in the room. The hallway was much cooler, but had it not been 108 degrees outside, I am sure the room would have been fine and much more enjoyable after a long day of walking."
