Very nice property. It’s in a nice location with easy access to the shops. You can leave your vehicle there and walk to all the shops. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in an updated and quiet location. We plan on staying there again.

We have stayed here several times and will stay here again! A great home base for exploring Eureka Springs. Close to sites, shopping, restaurants. Having the dedicated parking spot definitely a bonus! The space itself is very comfortable, and having an outdoor seating area was a delight (at night at least; it was hot when we visited!). Highly recommend for couples in particular.

Great place in Eureka

Our second time staying here and will definitely return. Location can’t be beat. Same for the dedicated parking spot! So many shops and restaurants close by.

This was a great location within easy walking distance to great reataurants, shops, & historic destinations. The host was very kind and super quick to respond to our requests. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the location of this VRBO! Beautiful inside! Super comfy bed!! Loved the black out curtains!! Perfect little romantic getaway within walking distance of all the fun town shops and eateries!!

Loved the location and how easy it was to walk to everything. Property was clean, modern, and well stocked. Host worked with us when we requested an accommodation, which we are very grateful for. The list of suggested restaurants was on point as well. Oh, and the included parking spot was right out front and very convenient. Very happy with our stay.

First Trip to Eureka Springs

Beautiful apartment, great location, very convenient to historic district & trolley stops. We did have a little trouble receiving check in info but Aspen quickly texted info to me, very appreciated!! Would definitely stay here again. Just a couple things, chairs in the living room are terribly uncomfortable & outdoor space could be spruced up a bit, just a metal outdoor set sitting on gravel, however we did enjoy the view! Overall great place to stay! What a great town!

Great Location!

This location can't be beat if you want to explore downtown Eureka Springs! It's tucked away on a quiet street right around the corner from all of the cute little shops, restaurants, and other activities in the area. Our accommodations were great, exactly as pictured, and the off-street parking was a really nice benefit. Communication with the owner was on point. We especially appreciated the guide to Eureka Springs we received from the property owner when booking our reservations; it was very helpful in helping us plan our trip and learn about the features and attractions in the area.

Fantastic Downtown Stay and a Helpful Parking Tip

We absolutely loved our stay and greatly enjoyed the convenience of being so close to all the downtown attractions. The unit itself is located up a flight of stairs, which was no problem for us. However, we were initially confused about the parking situation. I'm not sure if I missed it in the communication, but we completely overlooked the two spots reserved for us, which were blocked by orange cones, and ended up parking in the additional lots instead. We were a bit concerned about how they'd differentiate our paid parking from other vehicles, but thankfully, our car wasn’t towed. Just a heads-up: be sure to look for the orange cones and park there. Aside from that, the unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the complimentary treats and waters left for us in the kitchen—a thoughtful touch! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a stay in Eureka Springs. The parking is a great perk, in addition to the little patio space! You’re close enough to everything without being on the main road (with the noise). The space inside is perfect for two. Just watch your shins on the bed frame - the corners at the foot of the bed stick out!

Clean and great location

This property was well decorated, clean and close to town. It was a definite plus to have parking right at the unit. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in downtown Eureka. Our only glitch was trying to find the entrance to the apartment. The parking faces the unit downstairs so you have to go around the corner to get to the stairs for the second floor.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Aspen’s villa and loved it as much as the first! It’s very convenient to everything in town so much so that we never even moved our car the whole weekend. We were able to walk everywhere! Inside is clean and safe and very comfortable. We will choose Aspen’s again next time we visit Eureka Springs!
