Enjoy this stunning, well-appointed 3 bedroom/2 bath home in SE Eugene! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes to the university and downtown, this updated mid-century home is situated on a large private-feeling lot and offers great separation of space, large-group outdoor living, amazing views and a hot tub!

Tesla charger available.

Peloton stationary bike available for use for no extra charge if you already have a Peloton membership.

Located in a very safe part of Eugene. 5 minute drive to Amazon park, trails, and swimming pool (with water slides)!! Covered carport with a Tesla wall-charger.

Upper level offers a gorgeous kitchen (cooking supplies included) with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, formal dining and a living room with vaulted ceilings and views. Upper deck off the dining room features 4 large Adirondack chairs facing westward city view for sunsets. Large master suite has a king-sized bed and en suite bath, along with slider to additional deck and hot tub (big enough to comfortably fit 6 adults).

Lower level offers additional amazing views with a large, comfortable family room (with TV) and a kitchenette adjacent to large floor-to-ceiling sliders to an extensive back patio and deck for entertaining with large outdoor dining area (with beautiful large redwood table that comfortably seats 10 adults). Lower level has two bedrooms: one with a queen, and the other with two double beds, in addition to a trundle as an optional third bed.

Large back garden with well-manicured paths and lush vegetation offers a private and secluded refuge for your enjoyment.
