This is my favorite stay in Eugene yet. The space was clean and well appointed and the location was great for both downtown and campus activities. I will definitely stay here again when visiting my UO kid!
FANTASTIC property for a couple. We were in town for a track meet and this location was PERFECT. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing place. Would book again in a heartbeat!
Very cute and clean. Just what i needed for a quick overnight in Eugene. Directions or a map with the house marked would be helpful, as GPS doesn't like the address.
I highly recommend this tastefully decorated, immaculately clean studio with generous amenities. Communication with the managers was excellent, and they were very accommodating. excellent
I couldn't stay at this property because I was never sent check in information, even after messaging the host multiple times starting the day before my reservation. I had to call VRBO at 4pm on my reservation day (when I should have already been able to check in) and stay on hold for 30 minutes with my customer care agent while they tried to call her. Finally, while I'm on hold with VRBO, she says they were "double booked" and I was understandably upset. She tried to offer me another rental, but at that point I was so annoyed with being stranded, and not having my messages answered, that I didn't want them to have a penny of my money. She has the absolute nerve to be upset with ME for being upset. Had they paid attention to their messages... I could have found another accommodation the night before. Instead, I had to wait on hold with VRBO, and spend literally an hour of time on the side of the road in my car to get a refund so I could find a much more expensive last minute rental. It was all very stressful, and it was handled VERY poorly by Shelly. If someone has a good reason for being upset (imagine if this happened to you, it called empathy), maybe stop a second and say "hey I completely understand why you'd be upset, we're sorry, and we will fix it". Instead, she heard the frustration in my voice (and yes I said jfc when she said they were double booked, but I had also been on hold with VRBO for half an hour and was panicking because I had no rental for the evening).
