We are so excited to welcome you to the Palomino on Park in Carlton Landing, Oklahoma! You will fall in love with this little lake community where Florida coast meets charming small town America.

This luxurious home is the perfect getaway for friends or family to take an intermission from daily life and hectic schedules. Whether you're looking for a secluded escape or a place to interact and have fun with others you are sure to feel right at home.

Enjoy the benefits of being at one of only a few properties in Carlton Landing that feature it's own private pool. This home also has the most adorable screened in front porch which, is perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The enclosed back patio holds a seasonal dining room making the best setting for an intimate dinner at home.

The Space
Palomino on Park is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom two story private home offered for a maximum of 6 guests.
Downstairs holds the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed and en suite master bath complete with a claw tub and separate stand up shower. Also downstairs is the kitchen, living room, half bathroom, and laundry room. Off the living room is the screened in back patio and seasonal dining area. Just a few steps down from there will lead you to the fenced back yard and private pool. There are steps leading up to the entrance of the pool (please see listing photos).

Upstairs you will find two guest bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a king sized bed and are separated by a "Jack and Jill" styled bathroom with a shower/tub combo and separate vanities. There is also a landing area which features two extra large bean bag chairs that open up to each be a queen sized floor bed....perfect for kids or teens! There is a balcony accessed from the landing area which has a beautiful view of the neighborhood street.

Included in your booking is access to a four person golf cart and two covered private parking spots.
