Hope Cottage at Carlton Landing

Hope cottage showcases a prime location with front row views of the pop ups, a small glimpse of Mama Tig’s Pizza and ice cream, and just across the street access to Carlton Landing’s beach. Sitting right along the boardwalk leaves you just a leisurely walk away from the nearest of 3 pools that you can enjoy during your stay. Boardwalk Pool also happens to be the only one with the hot tub heated year round! This family friendly cottage boasts an open floor plan with the primary on the first floor and is the ideal place to experience all that Carlton Landing has to offer.

First Floor:

When you step into Hope Cottage you’ll be met with an open floor plan that boasts cozy lake cottage vibes. On the first floor there is a living room with ample seating available, a dining room that seats 8 plus a fresh all white kitchen with 5 bar stools for even further seating.

The bright kitchen has a farm sink with window allowing you to enjoy the view of the porch overlooking the pop up shops. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances such as griddle for easy pancakes, toaster, nespresso coffee maker, frother, and air fryer. There is a large assortment of glasses, plates, bowls, serving ware, and cooking ware, giving you everything you need to enjoy a meal.

We also know what it’s like to travel with young kids, so all cabinets have baby proof locks and we provide a highchair to make everyone’s life easier! There is also a pack and play, black out crib tent and noise makers in every single bedroom. 

There is also a half bath and the master-suite just off of the living room with a king bed and its own private bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, floss picks and ample towels for your stay.

Second Floor:

At the top of the stairs you are greeted by a two person arcade game just outside of the bunk bed room providing ample entertainment for all ages alike.

The bunk room has 4 twin beds total with a doll house and an assortment of toys to keep kids busy during inside time. We also have a clear lego bin on the top shelves for those big kids with bright imaginations. 

In the hallway there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. At the end of the hallway is a full bathroom to be shared amongst the upstairs quarters. To the left and right of it are two more bedrooms both with lake views and each with queen beds for a total of 3 bedrooms upstairs. 



ALL bedrooms have blackout curtains.
