I didn't like the insistent sounding messages from the property saying we had to book a time too check in and the link they sent to submit our documents before arrival didn't work for me."

Having confirmed parking is a major plus in an area where parking is hard to come by. I stayed in the studio apartment and the pullout bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend nine rooms. "Stayed in the hot tub suite. Hot tub was clean and a large size with beautiful views of the mountains and the castle. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was central to the train station and attractions. We stayed for the wine festival and had a brilliant weekend. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was decent with lots of cold food options. There could have been more hot food. I was surprised to learn that the spa entrance is not included."
