Newer hotel from November 2025, the finish is spectacular, especially the bathroom. It's not your typical hotel in Italy! The staff is beyond nice and helpful! We had a fantastic stay! My whole family LOVES it!!

We were given the worst room full of mosquitoes when we checked in late night that too with kids! The night front desk staff was very rude and didn’t change the room! After long travel we couldn’t sleep and we had mosquito bites! Gave two stars only because the lady next morning was very helpful and gave us a much better room so we could relax, thanks to her!

"The room was clean and spacious. We only stayed for one night on our way to the dolomites. Staff were ok not friendly nor rude. The only thing i have to say is that the breakfast buffet was full of bugs I couldn’t eat anything. Nothing had a cover flies everywhere."
