"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

"The small house has just enough room and it was nice to have the outside area to eat in. When we booked, a washing machine was listed online, but by the time we got to the house, it has been taken off because it seems to have broken. This was frustrating to us."

"Very central location in the old town but still very peaceful in the apartment itself! Appreciated that there were 2 fans in the property and these were already on when I arrived! That was a lovely touch and very appreciated during a very warm period!! "

"Appartamento impeccabile, super luminoso, pulito e con tutto il necessario per soddisfare almeno 4 persone (pentole, piatti, bicchieri , ecc). Garage comodissimo, anche con auto grande siamo riusciti senza problema ad entrare nel posto ed uscire. Posizione centrale, a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Annecy e comodamente servito da autobus, stazione a due passi. Negozi, bar e ristoranti nelle strade adiacenti. "Appartement tel que les photos, très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville. Dommage que le proprio ne se déplace pas pour nous accueillir et nous aider avec les clés et la télé. La serrure est spéciale, il faut pousser sur la clé pour déverrouiller la porte et cela nous a pris quelques minutes pour y arriver. On aurait aussi apprécié une ou deux doses de café pour le premier matin. Pour le reste, l’appartement est spacieux et super bien situé, la literie est de qualité et il y a beaucoup de...

"I stayed with my three college aged children. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! Highly recommend!"
