Beautiful apartment located on the ground floor of a charming residence located 400 meters from the lake and 10 minutes walk from the city center. Fully equipped, the apartment has a parking space. Close to the Albigny district and all shops. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

L’appartement est tout neuf et bien équipé! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir chez soi. J’ai juste trouvé les oreillers un peu plats. Et j’ai regretté que la conciergerie mette à disposition des serviettes et torchons troués…! Ça fait un peu pauvret ! Mais pas la faute du proprio!
Je recommande ce logement qui est super bien situé!
