"All in all it was nice.Only 20 m away from the beach, excellent view from the balcony.Proper inside.. BUTthe painters outside had not finished their work, and, even worse,the floor was covered with very very fine plaster and dirt, the cleaning firm had quit cleaning for more than 4 weeks.Thus, it was terrible to walk through this dirt and enter a clean appartement..But we made an agreement with the owner and we got a compensation.So it is balanced!!Second:Unfortunately some items inside the appartment were in a very bad condition:broken , out of order..Probably all these issues are meanwhile fixed...It could be a problem, in summertime, that 2 floors underneath the appartment there is a pizzzeria...In my opinion this should be mentionend in the description..Overall I would rate all together with 4 stars (because of the missing informations etc.)"
