The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, limited tea/coffee supplies with extras needed to be bought from the mini market onsite which wasn’t open during my stay. The sauna was not functioning either. Gluten free options at breakfast were limited despite giving enough notice of my dietary needs. The location and overall look of the hotel was good.

Brilliant breakfast choice and all staff very friendly and helpful. Nice apartment which isn't far from the marina with good shops,bars and restaurants.

It was so clean and a big room. Comfortable to stay

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town.
