"We stayed two nights. After the first night there were no clean towels and washcloths delivered. No room refresh. I dont mind the unmade bed, but I do want clean towels.The second morning we arrived at 7:06 for breakfast, which was suppose to open at 7, and the doors were not open with others also ..."
