"I can’t speak highly enough about this little gem of a place on the beautiful Fall River. Conveniently located near Rocky Mtn Ntl Park and Estes Park, Castle Mountain Lodge is the perfect stay. We rented a room, but hope to come back and rent a cabin with our whole family. The staff is delightful and helpful, and the entire place is beautiful, well kept, and we just can’t wait to return next summer!"

"This was the nicest and most comfortable cabin we have ever stayed in! An all around excellent stay. Spacious and with a fully stocked kitchen. Has nice Asian style toilets and a walk in shower. Right next door is a delicious restaurant. Rocky Mountain National Park Fall River Entrance is about a 10 min drive and Estes Park Downtown is about 5 min drive. Very convenient yet quiet location."

"We were visiting our daughter who was working at a camp down the road, and landed at the Dao House. We stayed in the lodge, which was beautiful. Our room had a door to a shared balcony and hummingbirds were everywhere. We had 2 queen beds for my family, and the room arrangement worked really well for the four of us (2 teens). Everything was very clean and the staff was beyond helpful. We went horseback riding at Elkhorn stables on the property, which made for a great afternoon. My hubby and kids enjoyed tennis and basketball on site, and we took advantage of the books and games down the hall. Although they don't really offer breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised to find they had muffins along with the tea and coffee. We had stopped by Safeway in Estes Park for milk, cereal, oatmeal, etc. We were able to keep perishables in the community mini fridge and heat what we needed in the microwave. Some of the cabins looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint, but the property was beautiful and relaxing and a wonderful get away. We would stay there again."
