"Cozy hotel and super convenient location! Just down the road from downtown Estes and less than 10 min to RMNP entrance. The amenities are great, from the breakfast, to the nightly s’mores, to the games/movies, the hot tub, etc. I will say that I thought I saw somewhere they have streaming and they do not, so if you want to stream bring your own device. They have cable TV and dvds you can use at your leisure. Unfortunately our room did not have a dvd player as the one that was in there previously was apparently no longer working. We were told they would look for one for us but after a day they said they couldn’t find one and also that they were slowly starting to get rid of them anyway. I wouldn’t count on having a dvd player in your room because of this. This was kind of a bummer as they had all the dvds accessible and we just ended up having to watch whatever was on cable. If you’re not planning on watching TV, it wouldn’t be a big deal. We also had a light bulb go out in our room during our stay, but they were very prompt with fixing that issue. The jetted tub in the room was really nice especially when the hot tub would get crowded. Would definitely stay again!"

"Bar tender was great and he helped us find a ride to our dinner reservation. Elevator was down so had to travel to far one, complimentary s’more kits were great, only having a buffet breakfast for $18 was the worst part. You need to offer a small menu for those that can’t eat $18 of breakfast…."

"Great spot for a family and so close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain national park. Relaxing balcony with great views and river access. Well stocked with cooking supplies so we were able to enjoy meals at the condo. Fun games for winding down after a day of hiking. Only complaint- towels smelled weird."
