Nestled in the quiet pines, this hillside townhome sits right at the heart of Estes Park. With two bedrooms, one full bath and parking for two cars, the perfectly convenient location will set the perfect mood for a mountain getaway. The front door leads to the cozy living area with an electric fireplace, a Love Sac sectional that easily transforms into an additional sleeping area, and a large TV. Adjacent to the living area is the fully-stocked kitchen and laundry nook. Further down the hall are the two bedrooms, both with queen beds. The bathroom is adjacent to both rooms. Wild Flower also offers a private patio area with a gas grill for summer barbequing. This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which has a few rules. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere on the complex. These units are in close proximity to each other. Be aware that you are among the locals who work and quiet hours begin at 9 P.M.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

Wild Flower’s location was perfect-close to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was clean, looked just as pictured, and was the perfect size for three of us. Check in and check out went smoothly, and we had no issues during our stay.
Overall excellent stay and great location if you plan to spend time in Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is conveniently located a short (5 minute) drive to town, which is full of great places to eat and drink.
My brother surprised me coming out from WV as I have been going thru some tough times. This was nice getaway to relax & just enjoy the scenery & peacefulness
Enjoyed the property. Location was perfect for our trip. Only downside was extremely noisy upstairs neighbors for the last couple of days. Lots of noise very late at night that disrupted our sleep. Not the owners' fault that the neighbors were extremely inconsiderate. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice quiet location. Very dark at night. A little difficult to find Owner should inform entrance had Rock sign showing "Bobcat Ridge" 100ft North of Tranquility (St, Ave, Rd. Way...)
Home was lovely. The people staying upstairs were very heavy walkers. The note in the bathroom referenced a black wash cloth; however, there was not a black wash cloth -- only white wash cloths.Overall, it was a very nice stay.
The property is in a great location. We were there for a wedding and bridal festivities. It was close for those events. It is also close to shopping, easy to get around. We had no problems with our stay.
Property was in a good location for our needs. The place was clean and well appointed. The beds were quite comfy as were the sofas in the living room and bedroom. Other reviews mentioned that the upstairs renters were loud. We had the same experience (foot steps, talking, laughing into the night - normal stuff) which is not necessarily an issue with the upstairs renters - it's an issue of the construction of the rental unit - the walls are "thin" so sound travels very efficiently.
This two bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated, had a well stocked kitchen, and the small couch was very comfortable. This apartment is below someone else and we could hear them walking around above us but it was not loud. We found the master mattress to be quite firm.
Needed some updating. Furniture and Carpet should be replaced. Details should be dealt with. Torn pillows and broken blind. We would have swept and vacuumed if it would have been available.

Vacation at RMNP
We had a great time at Estes Park, CO. We spent the days at Rocky Mountain National Park. We used Wild Flower as our base camp. The host prepared our base camp very well-clean, well maintained, quiet, and peaceful. We would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Nice place to stay
This is a basement condo, no AC, and hard to cool on a warm day. The condo needs updated. The washing machine works but has problems, the internet did not work for half of our stay and therefore the TV also did not work well. Management fixed the internet but we still were unable to access Netflix or Prime or any movies the entire time. The kitchen is a mix of leftover dishes and could use new dishes, especially more drinking glasses. Cleanliness was average. We would not stay here again.
