Fore! Welcome to the Sixth Fairway, a quiet refuge located (you guessed it!) along the sixth fairway of the Estes Park 18 Hole golf course. This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse is perfect for enjoying a walk or a very short drive into Town, about 1.8 miles. Cook your favorite meals in the full kitchen or on the BBQ grill on the back deck. Walk to your tee time or enjoy the views over the golf course and the mountains surrounding the area. The 18-hole golf course and encompassing area are great places for wildlife viewing, so keep an eye out for elk, deer, and various birds year-round.



Upon entering, you will be greeted by the main living area. This great space is an open concept layout that offers views of the golf course and tons of natural sunlight. The living area is highlighted by the stacked stone gas fireplace, leather love seat, and leather sleeper sofa. There is a smart TV on the fireplace mantel for your entertainment. Next to the living area is the dining space with a gorgeous wood table that comfortably seats 6 guests and a great view of the golf course. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and all stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range. The kitchen is well-equipped to make great meals or a light snack. Out the back door is a nice-sized deck with impressive views, outdoor seating, and a propane grill for use. There is a convenient half bath (sink and toilet) on the main level as well as a washer and dryer closet.



Upstairs features the property's two king bedrooms and one shared full bathroom (tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet). The first king bedroom faces east and gets lots of morning light. This room has a TV and a ceiling fan for added relaxation. King bedroom 2 faces west and takes in the afternoon light and sunsets. There is a private balcony to let the fresh mountain air into the room. This room also has a TV, ceiling fan, vanity, sitting area for comfort. Come, stay, golf, and enjoy this cozy home away from home at Sixth Fairway!

The house was perfect, just as described on VRBO. We loved sitting on the patio and watching and listening to the golfers. Everything we needed was there, even a playpen.

Great location. Lots of wildlife around. The condo really needs some care. The upstairs bathroom door knob does not work and if you close it and it latches, good luck getting out! Also, the tub/shower is Extremely slick. They really need to supply a rubber mat or install grip tape. Bedroom carpets seemed really dirty. Will not be staying there again.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This property is so cute, quiet and clean. We used the washer and dryer after hikes and sat on the back porch for relaxation. It was so lovely and comfortable. My bestie and I loved our stay. It was stoked with everything we needed.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Sixth Fairway last week. Great location, comfortable, and we enjoyed seeing elk and deer right outside the unit each day. Not quite what I would consider a “home away” and I made a few minor recommendations to the owner after our stay, but overall we had a great visit.

Cozy and awesome condo with wonderful views and location. The place was stocked with everything you could need and even included a washer and dryer. Back porch provided great views in the evening. Location was an easy drive to downtown Estes, we would stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. The location is nice since you are away from downtown so it is quiet but you are only a short drive to everything. Great place for stargazing. The property is clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the fireplace but Heather was very responsive and had it fixed in no time.

Perfect location to Rocky Mountain

This property was perfect for our family of 4! It was a short drive to RMNP, shops, movies, and restaurants. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen. Which we cooked in a few nights. It was clean and nice view of the golf course. We saw deer right outside our front door! I would highly recommend and would love to return someday!

Was a great property, when we arrived it was alittle hot inside as to the fact it did not have A/C , opened the doors and Windows for a few minutes and cooled right down, each room had ceiling fans which made all the difference, would stay there again

The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The internet for the TV was intermittent, especially the first two days of our stay. I would recommend stocking the unit with a few more trash bags and dishwasher detergent (only two of each were provided for our four night stay).
