Great location on river and close to town

Location on the river and close to town was fantastic! Outdoor space was great! Kitchen was well equipped. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Would have preferred a king bed in the larger bedroom upstairs and a little larger bathroom upstairs, as we shared it with 6 people. We had a great trip and would stay here again!

Perfect getaway

The home is beautiful, roomy, and in the perfect mountain setting. Quite honestly, there is nothing I would change about this home. It is just far enough away from the bustle of town, but a very quick little trip into downtown to shop and enjoy town. So close to Rocky Mountain National Park that making a trip in to hike a trail is simple. We would definitely look to book this home again in the future.

Amazing place and location!

10 minutes from the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park, this incredible home was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, lovely, and filled with all the features and amenities we needed to make our week memorable. Every morning started with a cup of coffee on the deck looking at a swift moving 15 foot wide river right next to the house. What a time we had. Thank you!

Great house

Everything in the ad is right, although you will have to be in pretty good shape to walk to town. But easy drive to everything. Warning about the road construction this summer: expect to wait in traffic and be patient!

A very nice location.

This is a lovely house on the Fall river just down from an entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable (excepting the fold out which was pretty saggy Okay for a Kid but certianly not an adult). The Kitchen was roomy and the porch was a delightful place to eat a meal. Overall a place I would go back to without hesitation,

Perfect getaway spot

The home was beautiful! Location on Fall River made it a perfect place to relax after exploring RMNP. Very clean and spacious. Loved all the windows! We were even greeted one morning by this guy!

Fantastic property

Stayed here for a family wedding just up the road. House is large and well equipped. We had deer greet us at check in. Creek behind the property was very tranquil and beautiful. Would stay here again. Close to downtown and RNP

One of the best homes you could stay at in Estes Park!

Quiet area, easy to get to. Loved being able to park in the garage. Area roads were nice to take morning/evening walks. Saw lots of deer and turkeys. The river is a huge plus. Nothing like the soothing sound of water rushing over rocks. My favorite place to be is in Estes Park. Our 32nd year! Nice big kitchen and dining room. all full size appliances, fully stocked cabinets, beautiful decor and great floor plan. Living room is huge and very comfortable. Loved the Elk Mount on fireplace stoned wall. Would have loved the fireplace to be Gas but not a deal breaker by any means. This is a great place and we will try to book with them again. Thank you Vacasa for a job well done!

Exceeded Expectations

We loved our stay at this home. The furniture was large and comfortable, the space was big enough for our family to be together but not on top of each other, and the outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for! We were pleased with the selection of small appliances in the kitchen which we used for meal prep. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would stay again!

Beautiful Mountain House

We had an amazing stay here! The house is so beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need. It's in a perfect location in nature right on a river and close to the national park as well as downtown Estes Park. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Great location and cozy, quiet area

Everything was great, I will warn people that if you happen to rent it in the middle of a terrible heat wave, bring a few extra fans, as there is no AC. Even with the heat, it was bearable and not a major problem. Everything else was great!

Great Stay, Would come back!

Great property in a great location. Stayed here for 2 nights with friends and it was so peaceful. The house was spacious and allowed us to spread out. Lots of toiletries available. Only a 5 minute drive to the strip of restaurants and shops, and only 15-20 minute drive to Rocky National Park. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful home in Estes Park

This is a beautiful and roomy home with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park right on the Fall River. A grocery store, downtown and many restaurants are just a short drive away. We especially loved the marmot family building a nest in the rocks on the river and the daily elk visits to the property. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and stocked (lots of fluffy towels) and we had everything we needed. Finally, visitors will not want to miss a visit to Cinnamon's Bakery, which is just a few minutes' walk from the property, to buy some fresh cinnamon rolls or other pastries for breakfast in the morning.

Gem by Fall River

This is our second stay in this beautiful home. It’s very quiet and peaceful next to Fall River. It’s very close to downtown Estes Park close to shops and restaurants. Our stay was very comfortable, check in and out process was seamless. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!
