Village Green Mountain Getaway - Best Amenities
License #3497 This newly, remodeled, five-bedroom, ranch-style mountain home offers a modern feel with just the right rustic features, making it the perfect Estes Park getaway.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home offers multiple gathering spaces, stone accents, wood ceilings and play areas inside and out for all ages. It is a great place to call home when you’re not exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.
As you walk in the beautiful, glass, front door, on the left you’ll immediately see an office with a custom desk and granite countertops. A double window frames the space looking out to the front porch. New Hickory floors are installed throughout the upstairs. Open-concept living room, kitchen and ample dining space. Cathedral ceilings, large windows and stone, gas fireplace all create a bright, cozy area that you want to lounge in. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, double oven, five burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and wine cooler. Off the kitchen is a large pantry closet. Full size washer/dryer in laundry room. As you enter into the garage you will be transported to an awesome game room. Pool table, Foosball table, games, large screen TV and a sofa so you don’t miss all the excitement!
Off of the dining room you walk out to a new deck with two seating areas. The fire-pit table has seating for eight and the lounge area has room for six. Enjoy grilling while watching the elk and turkeys roam through the neighborhood. Main floor has three bedrooms. Primary bedroom includes King size bed with upholstered headboard, sitting area with a gas corner fireplace, and large windows. Off the bedroom is the primary bathroom.
You won’t miss noticing the two beautiful, amber-glass vessel sinks on two separate vanities. Large tiled walk-in shower with bench seating, separate water closet and giant walk-in closet. Other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house both with King size beds, upholstered headboards, closets and two large windows. A full-bath in the hallway separates the two rooms. Granite vanity, and tiled tub/shower.
As you head downstairs you are greeted with a great room, seating area and flat screen TV. There is a separate play room area for the kids to enjoy. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs, one bedroom has Twin bunk beds and the other a Queen size bed. Similar to the upstairs lay-out, these bedrooms are separated by a hallway bath. Full bath, granite vanity and tiled tub/shower. Heading out of the great room patio doors you can relax in a large 7-person hot tub under the gazebo or snuggle up by the gas firepit. A brand-new playset is ready for the kids to enjoy. This home has everything for the entire family to enjoy when you are not out exploring Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park!

Property was absolutely amazing. Well stocked and furnished. Cannot say enough good things. Would recommend to anybody! Very comfortable with great views.
Absolutely loved our stay. Such a beautifully decorated home that was exceptionally clean & spacious. Great location, close to downtown but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We saw more wildlife out the front door than we did at RMNP. Thank you for everything...5 stars isn't enough.
We enjoyed our stay and loved our time at the Village Green Mountain property. There were wonderful amenities and rooms for playing for the kids. The hot tub and fire pit on the lower level were terrific. Viewing wildlife from the upper deck was exciting! Loved our Estes getaway.
Beautiful home in the perfect location! Easy to find, inviting, & comfy! The hot tub and fire pit out back were a perfect ending to a long day. Beds were comfortable & the decor was nice. Bathrooms were spacious and updated. Furniture throughout the home was comfy - large TV downstairs and in the garage that has been renovated as an extra living space with pool table & foosball table. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood - weather was nice & cool - windows easy to open to let in cool breeze. Kitchen is updated - everything was beautiful, from the flooring to the ceilings, the decor, furnishings, trees, etc.... Highly recommend - would stay there again. There were 6 of us and we had lots of extra space.
Overall great. Shocked they didnt have AC but my fault for not looking at thw listing better. Their key system is interesting. I would think it woukd be a padlock with numbers on the door, but they give you two keys. Made it a little difficult. Backyard was overgrown. The house was beautiful, kid area was great, and spaces to have fanily over was big enough. Last thing i will complain about, in a picture on the listen it has a bed in the room with the bunks. There was not a bed in there when we arrived. That picture should be updated or taken off. We had to buy an air mattress.
The property was great for our group of 6 adults and one 12-year-old. There were good options for a family who would enjoy pool, foosball, a hot tub and a slide.
the house was just like the photos. extremely equipped - full of everything you would need from kitchen to bathroom to games and hot tub. spacious enough to not feel on top of each other while still feeling close. very close to town where every direction is a beautiful view. village bagels for breakfast while sitting on the back deck with the fire going is as close to perfection as i think you can get
The house itself is very beautiful and as pictured. Unfortunately, there is a neighbor really close to the property that is aggressively upset about any noise at any time. We got a noise complaint at 8pm because we were outside in the hot tub listening to music. There were only 5 of and our noise level was reasonable. It’s pretty normal to talk, listen music, and enjoy the amenities we paid top dollar for. The next night the man came out with a mag light and shined it our faces because were in the hot tub after quiet hours but we weren’t listening to music and weren’t super loud. Honestly I knew it was a red flag that as soon as I got to the house there were many signs posted throughout that stated the quiet hours. In my opinion the property managers are fully aware of the situation with the neighbor evidenced by the signage all over the house said NOTHING about it in the listing. Unless you plan on going and being totally inside and quiet, this is not the place for you. I would have never paid 3500 for a weekend to stay at a house where you feel that you can’t use the amenities paid for. I will be contacting VRBO about the omitted information in the listing. You have to tell people that this is a quiet house and the neighbor will call the cops on you, because he called them on me. For more context my friends and I are mid 30s, and professional( Auditor, financial manger, lawyer, sales manager, and software engineer) we’re not a group of punk kids but that’s how it felt.
