A spacious 2BR/2BA mountain condo overlooking Mary’s Lake and the Rockies. This property balances high-altitude scenery with convenience, keeping the lake shore within walking distance and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park within a short drive.

The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep.

The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

The master suite offers a king bed, a TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks.

The guest bedroom features a king bed, a TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a large jetted bath tub/shower combo.

Unwind under the night sky in a private hot tub on your deck.

Stay cool with central AC in summer and warm by the gas fireplace in winter at this perfect mountain condo.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub (different from your private hot tub) and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

To help you settle in easily, we provide a starter kit filled with essential amenities for your first day. You will find an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2–3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and a small bar soap. To cover the basics, we also include a small liquid dish soap, 4–5 dishwashing pods (if applicable), 2–3 laundry powder packs (if applicable), and a single-brew coffee pack for your first morning. This kit is designed to get your vacation started smoothly, so please plan to bring or pick up any extra supplies you might need to enjoy the rest of your stay!

What to be aware of:

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
