This property was perfect for our family stay. The open space between kitchen, living room and dining room allowed us all to be together but still have enough space. And those views... simply breathtaking! The kitchen was well appointed which we appreciated. The bedroom/batherooms were great size and the only small critique we would have is that the queen sized mattress really needs to be updated. My husband and I rolled into one another all night which led to me sleeping on the sofa the second night. Our three year old granddaughter enjoyed exploring the rocks behind the property and loved the neighboring horses as well. We appreciated the convenience to Estes Park as well as Rocky Mountain National Park too. This was a wonderful stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again next time.
Very nice cabin with huge great room excellent for family time. Just far enough from Estes Park to miss congestion. Scenic views everywhere. Only wish one more bedroom.

Amazin views, location
This place is so wonderful I selfishly want to keep it a secret! The views and location are simply breathtaking. There were horses, rabbits, hummingbirds, chipmunks and deer nearby. Estes Park is 10 minutes and RMNP 15 minutes as well. WE WILL BE BACK!

What a view!! This place was honestly amazing. The location was about 10 minutes from downtown Estes and the property itself made you feel many miles away from anywhere. The view from the living room is unbeatable. The mountains are showcased through floor to ceiling windows. Everything about this was great and I'd definitely recommend this and stay again!
Terrific getaway. Pictures don't do the views justice and the property has absolutely everything you need. We couldn't find the thermostat and the property managers immediately sent instructions. Honestly, it couldn't have been much better.
We fell in love immediately. My husband and Iive, love, and breathe. The outdoors. We love the mountains, rivers, forests. It was picturesque and had us in awe every day. The stars were breath taking at night.
The location of the home provided some seclusion but was still close enough to town/park for quick trips if needed. The view of the mountains from the living room was amazing. We saw elk and deer on/near the property on a daily basis and had a visit from a fox on the patio one evening. As far as the home, it had some things that were outdated (70’s feel when we first walked in) but the location and views more than made up for it.

Sky run Stutzhaven in the Mountains
This home looked exactly like the pictures. We picked this house not for the indoor decor, although that was fine, but for the location because we love the outdoors and animals and we were not disappointed by either. You look out the beautiful floor to ceiling windows to a majestic mountain. The outside was my favorite place lve ever stayed. We got up before sunrise every morning to walk up the hillside and sit on one of the huge rocks to drink our coffee and watch for wildlife. We were never disappointed. The very first morning a huge bull elk walked right in front of us and posed for the perfect picture. The second morning three mule deer walked right in front of us with those big ears at attention. One night while locking the front gate a huge owl landed on the pole in the front yard. The rugged beauty of the backyard was unmatched, Id stay there again in a heartbeat. Also, super nice to be able to pull into your own garage to load and unload, especially if like us you had driven 20 hours to get there. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves nature.
Great valley views and living area, the house is a nice 1980s time capsule, ice trays included. Management is a third-party company you only discover after booking. many fees too. Had to speak with an argumentative call center rep when reporting a broken fireplace, when a calm apology would’ve done fine.
The views from this home are stunning! Such a peaceful setting, The location was the perfect combo of secluded and close to stores/restaurants and RMNP! Would return again!
This property has great vibes and great views. It was very clean and close enough to town to make a quick trip to the store, but far enough from town for some peaceful privacy. We will definitely stay here again.
This house is very comfortable, the views are gorgeous. I would of given a 5 star except the pots and pans need to be updated. Everything else was great.

Could not connect to the WiFi or tv,
Interesting house, great views. We arranged to rent it but couldn’t stay there because our dog was acting up and we had to stay at the house where she was. Really hope to stay there ourselves someday.
