I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the place! The kitchen was a dream, so well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and move around. It made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
The house suited the needs for our family in terms of sleeping. The only thing we noticed was lack of good pots and pans for cooking. They looked very old and the frying pan was put away dirty. The spatula's should be thrown away and replaced. Otherwise, location was good.
Spacious, clean house. Nice amenities and lots of nice touches, like extra blankets for the couch, Christmas lights and two functional fireplaces. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, which is why we chose it. Easy parking. Easy checkin and checkout.
This house was perfect. Our family came out to Eates to spend time in Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was less than a 10min drive from the gates. The house was in a great, central location and was exactly what we were looking for. Our place was clean and the pictures matched to real life. The property manager was very friendly and quick to respond and to help with local questions. We would stay here again.
This place is very nice! We enjoyed the proximity to the river in the evenings. We also liked how close it is to RMNP as well as the town of Estes Park. The sound system downstairs was also a fun thing for our family to enjoy a movie night after a long day of hiking. We hope to stay again in the future.
This 3 story home is spacious and well appointed. The location is ideal for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park. The neighborhood is quiet yet only 5 minutes from the park entrance. The beds and furniture are comforbale. Would stay here again!
Perfect location for our weekend! We celebrated our friends who go married at the large home at the entrance on the river. We were so close! The snow was unexpected, but beautiful. Also not to far out of town, to go for shopping. Would love to come in the summer and see RMNP! The home is so cozy and welcoming. We loved it.
The accommodations were exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and bathrooms for the 7 of us which had never traveled or stayed together. Everyone had private space to retreat to when needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. Hiking and comfortable beds are a great combination! The kitchen also had every thing we needed. This cabin was 5 minutes from RMNP and only a bit longer to the Longs peak area, lumpy ridge area, and the wild basin area. The space, cleanliness, and convenience to the park are the reasons that I will stay here again when I come back to the Rockies!
Our stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom home in Estes Park was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the tranquil setting and the sound of the river flowing nearby. This home truly offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. This home is incredibly roomy, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. To watch elk walk right outside your window was breathtaking and amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area is perfect for family gatherings. The home was spotless upon our arrival, and it's clear that they take great pride in maintaining it.
The location couldn't be better for anyone looking to explore the wonders of Rocky Mountain National Park. Just a short drive away, we found ourselves immersed in breathtaking landscapes, scenic trails, and abundant wildlife. The proximity to Estes Park's charming downtown area also made it easy to enjoy local restaurants and shops.
Great location. Minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes park. Very spacious townhome and comfortable. Loved the neighborhood. Would stay here again when in the area.
Excellent choice if you are visiting Estes Park. Property was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Quiet and peaceful location, yet convenient to downtown.I would certainly stay here again.
We booked this trip with two other couples to spend a long weekend in Estes Park. Jenna was a wonderful host and quick to respond when we had questions. The house is incredible, and we felt right at home staying there. Highly recommend staying here!
My family of 6 stayed here for our RMNP vacation September 2025. The location is perfect and close to the park entrance. We all have plenty of room for individual time as well as together time. We like the open plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas on the second floor. That was the area we spent most of our time. Check-in an check-out were super easy. It was lovely to walk into a clean and organized home. It felt like home. The only thing that needs a bit of attention would be the shades. It is the nature of these types of pull shades. Overall, it is a beautiful home away from home. Thank you.
I hate to share this secret, but this house in the Blue Spruce neighborhood is amazing. Wonderful accommodations and much quieter area than higher traffic areas of Estes. We'll be back!
This property was exactly what we'd hoped it would be for the five of us (two parents, three young adult sons). Extremely clean, spacious, so comfortable, and quiet, with easy and plentiful parking in the mountain setting everyone wants to have in RMNP. Kitchen was well equipped, checkout list was very low-key, especially compared to checkouts at some other vacation rentals we've experienced, and Jenna was *extremely* responsive to the one query we had during our stay. Despite there having been five of us, even the paper goods supply was almost enough to get us through the entire stay, which is unusual in our experience. The paper goods and other supplies were 100% typical for a vacation rental. Neighbors were all quiet, after-hours was peaceful, no early risers or road noise, yet ridiculously close-in access to the park, town, and even the Rock Inn for takeout just up the road. We used to live in Estes Park, so we know it very well, and we can say this this location and this rental were about as optimal as it gets. Just a really lovely stay.

The lighting at night on the road or gravel road is non existent, there are solar lights that turn off at about 9 pm. If you arrive after that you can’t see that the gravel road goes to the front of the house, I was unable to unlock the lower level door because the key doesn’t unlock the deadbolt, needs to be fixed, had to go up a hill path unlit to go to the front door. The advertised beds included a roll out sofa, I was informed the host thought they took this down last summer. Not operable. They brought over a blow up mattress. The guest bath shower curtain had mold on it. The paper products were the cheapest sourced material, toilet tissue and 1 roll of paper towels, the liquid hand soap was watered down to the point of it being all water, the gas grill was so full of grease the bottom caught fire and finally went out. No broom for sweeping , the deck and patio haven’t been swept or cleaned in some time, the deck paint is peeling. We borrowed a rake from a neighbor to clean up the pine cones in the yard. For the price you pay for this property, i expect more, like a dishwasher that the soap dispenser works and you don’t have to put the packet at the bottom of the dishwasher to get dishes clean. I would not recommend it to anyone.
