*Nestled in the pines on Prospect Mountain, in-town, yet private location. No really close neighbors. 1248 sq ft house and over 700 sq ft of decks. Two levels of deck on the mountain view side and one large dining, hot tub deck.

*Upstairs- living room with fireplace and firewood provided, fully equipped kitchen, queen bedroom with attached bath. 24' deck from patio doors in living room. All decorated in mountain themes.

*Lower walk out has yet another 30' deck, family room has a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress, queen bedroom with attached bath, or with door shut access from family room. The third room has a queen bed and dresser, and stacked washer/dryer.

We offer unlimited free long distance from the home phone, and high speed Internet. Wildlife is abundant. You are close enough to walk to town, and within walking distance to Shopping, Rock Cut Brewery, Snowy Peaks Winery, the Aerial Tramway, Fun City with miniature golf, slides, bumper boats, race cars, and one of Estes's favorite restaurants, Sweet Basilico! We do recommend a AWD vehicle for winter guests.

Fantastic Location, Warm & Cozy House & 3 Decks: Decorated in Mountain theme. Personal attention paid to detail for comfort, convenience, and your enjoyment. Wonderful outdoor space with 3 decks and a true mountain setting with boulders, rock outcroppings, and pines. Plenty of room to explore and enjoy the wildlife that frequents the cabin.

RMNP visit

The Pine Cone Cabin was perfect place for our family of 4 to stay while visiting Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was super responsive and the home was well stocked and very clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill and fire pit. The views were beautiful and it was very conveniently located minutes from town and the entrances to RMNP.

Woodsy Cabin Retreat

Great 2 story cabin. Downstairs w 2 bedrooms & den where my family or guest stayed so I had upstairs to myself. The only criticism we had was it was given as Mocassin Circle Dr but was Mocassin St instead. So initially hard to find but sent owner our version of directions. Would recommend this to anyone!

We LOVED our time at the cabin! Linda was so wonderfully accommodating! So much attention to details: blankets, fire pit, hot tub, games, cozy beds, plenty of towels, etc. Perfect walking distance to town and close to RMNP!

Privacy in the mountains

Wonderful quiet and private get away close to town and places to eat The patio and hot tub were wonderful place to be together away from the crowds of people in town and the park. Lots of thoughtful touches such a hand soap, dishwasher pods, and lots of towels for an easy and great stay. Linda helped with some great places to eat too

Perfect, charming cabin!

I cannot imagine a more idyllic location in Estes Park! We felt "away from it all" yet we were right there close to town. A moose walked past us while we had lunch on the patio!! This was one of the most thoughtfully detailed cabin with everything a person could want. I only wish we had more time to stay! I highly recommend this property!

Wow the location of this cabin is so wonderful. The downtown is a 5 min walk. It was so wonderful to see the Elj roaming the down town area. It was unbelievable how many we seen. September is a great month. The weather was gorgeous

Great House and Amenities

We loved the property! It was great to be so close to town but still feel secluded. The house has a great mountain cabin vibe. The view from the back patios is very nice. The hot tub was great under the bright starry sky at night. Easy access to the property via electronic lock was very much appreciated. Will definitely rent again if in the area.

Heavan on earth...

My friend and i were in dire need of some rest, relaxtion and unwinding....this beautiful well stocked, well decorated, extremely comfortable home was exactly what we needed. The host was very kind and very helpful, she kept in constant communication with us with any question we had.. she and the home were exactly what we needed. Pine Cone Cabin

Pine Cone Cabin is a lovely cabin in a beautiful and convenient location. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. Both seating areas are really nice with very comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed the wood fireplace and the hot tub, especially after a day of snowshoeing. Linda was great to work with and the cabin was very clean and tidy.

Toddler Family Dream

Traveling with two toddlers can be stressful. We were very careful to read reviews and listings to try and make the best choice for our family getaway. This cabin did not disappoint! It is literally a two minute drive to town and an easy 20 min up into the park. The cabin is stocked with extra towels, tissues, plates, even had a high chair and several other little kid items. Our two year old called her bedroom “beautiful,” and our kids loved finding all the bears around the house! The decor is the perfect vibe and it’s such a cozy space for a long weekend! We had an absolute amazing time there and hope to be back soon!

Nice location with no visible neighbors.

Very well supplied cabin. They need to discard left over spices, flour sugar, coffee, drink mixes that appear to have accumulated over years. Need to replace moldy shower curtains downstairs and remove mold from upstairs shower. They have worked hard to make it nice but a few less decor items would be better. There is a slip danger spot at top of outdoor stairs to lower deck due to piled up pine needles and loose dirt. The property manager obviously cares about the property and tries to keep it nice, but a few suggestions above are meant to be helpful.

An awesome place

The house was great, the property manager was very attentive to any questions we had. There is a nice wildlife path right by the house and we saw more critters there thank in the NP. I would totally recommend staying here.

Estes Park mountain beauty

This cabin has something for everyone. Great location, clean, well equipped and tastefully appointed. If you cook, the kitchen has everything you need. It is close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. The tram is literally right above, but it was not running since it was off season. We enjoyed our stay.

True cabin experience. Beautifully decorated and many amenities such as a hot tub, Weber grill, outdoor firepit, indoor fireplaces and 2 separate living spaces. Downtown was very close. Not really walkable for us but it definitely could be done.
