Large Downtown Loft At The Rivers' Confluence, Walk To Restaurants

Note: please no more than 4 guests as there are only two beds (1 BR + loft) and one shower. The sofa bed might be used only if needed. We want you to have a comfortable stay.

The downtown construction is over, the Loop highway is completed. Notice: the highway now passes in front of the Lofts of Estes building so there's more daytime car traffic.

Convenient downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets 1 BR + loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river.

This unit has an enclosed bedroom downstairs and another bed in the open loft upstairs (no door in between loft and living room). Downstairs there's a bathroom with shower and jetted tub, upstairs there's a toilet and a jetted tub.

This unit has a kitchen with mini appliances, full size appliances do not fit with the loft layout, so it has a narrow range, a smaller dishwasher and a mini fridge (under the counter top) - please be aware if you plan to cook (most of our guests don't). Condo has river views from front deck, skylight, fireplace, WiFi internet and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town.

Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.

Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter.

Stay here! You will be downtown by all the restaurants, bars, shops, River Walk. Walk to tram ride and Visitors Center, etc. Free parking in front of the building or across the street. The condo was very clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Be aware the fridge and oven are small but we ate all meals out since restaurants were so close. Check in here and enjoy Estes Park!!

Comfortable downtown location

The unit was very nice and comfortable. Having a half bath upstairs was convenient. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Great short walk to the main area and shopping. Restaurants, gas stations supermarket and lots of places to get coffee or ice cream.

Perfect location!

This property was fantastic. It was clean and very inviting. The beds were comfortable and it was perfect for a weekend girls trip. We were able to walk everywhere which made it so fun! I would highly recommend and we will be back.

Great loft in the heart of town!

This unit had plenty of room for our family of four. The loft was perfect for our two teenagers and the private bedroom downstairs was great for us! We knew there was only a mini fridge so we came prepared with a cooler to store the extra food. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. We just loved this place and hope to be back in the future!

Great condo!

We had a great time at this condo. It is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Estes Park and a very short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Since it is so close to all the action, the traffic can get a little loud. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. The renter was very informative and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Great rental!

The location was awesome!! So close to everything! We didn't notice any noise from street or town either. Unit was perfect for our family. Didn't mind the small refrig either. Our food fit perfectly! Another ice tray might have been nice. Beds were all very comfortable too!

Great access and wonderful space!

This property is a quick walk through a parking lot to the heart of downtown. The king upstairs is very comfortable and the water gets nice and hot. The WiFi works great too (not the case on the majority of our trip this summer!) There is a new mini fridge and dishwasher. The skylight is bright in the loft, so an eye mask may be ideal to pack. It was a great spot!

Accommodations were as described. We were unable to get the only shower to work so we had to take baths for 2 days. We contacted lucky to no avail. This was our only issue with the property.

Great place for a RMNP trip!

The location was probably the best part about his place. After a long day of hiking we would get back into town, park the car and walk to dinner. You really couldn't ask for a better location! The kitchen is small, although it was bigger that I expected from the description and photos. But for us that didn't matter, we knew we wouldn't feel like cooking dinner after spending our days in the mountains. We will be back to Estes Park some day and will very likely book this place again.

The location is outstanding and could walk to almost everything. Our host was very responsive as well. Parking was great except we had to jump a curb at times to park in the allocated spaces in front of the apartment. We didn't understand why the city did it like they did.

Unforgettable cozy stay

My wife and I stayed at the loft for 4 days from May 29 to 6/1/2023. We had an unforgettable cozy stay. The gentleman i communicated (i guess he is the owner or manager) was very friendly and fullfilled our request promptly. The facility and his service deserve more than 5 stars. The rocky mountain n.p. was awesome. I want to revisit the rocky m.n.p. in the fall to enjoy the beautiful scenery at different season. Then i want to stay at the loft again.

Excellent location

This rental couldn’t have been closer to the action of downtown Estes. It was clean, but a little aged. For instance, some windows had cranks that were falling apart. One big disappointment we experienced is that the washer and dryer was not allowed to be used renters. We were on a long road trip and expected to be able to use a washer/dryer but realized it was off limits after arriving. Once we double checked the listing description, we saw that the rental didn’t include a washer/dryer as an amenity. However, this rental was relatively cheap, so we figured we got what we paid for and still consider it a good (but not a 5 star) value.
