A tranquil setting, convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park and to the town of Estes Park. A five minute drive will put you at the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Five minutes will also get you to the center of downtown Estes Park. Most restaurants are within ten minutes and all of the fine dining within fifteen minutes of this property.

This 2700 square foot home sits at an elevation of 8200 feet at the base of Rams Horn Mountain. Natural beauty and Wilderness are right outside the door.

We have named our mountain house 'Dream Lake' after one of our favorite hiking trail stops. Hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park to Emerald Lake and Lake Haiyaha take us past Dream Lake.

Hi-speed Internet, Secure Wireless network anywhere in the house and on the decks. Internet computer provided for guest use.Wireless printer with scan and copy.
Hi-def home theater with surround sound, Satellite, Netflix, movie library, DVR, DVD,VCR. Screen is 120' diagonal. Lots of entertainment here.
The theater has its own tv tuner,120 channels of satellite tv, This theater is very unique as you can view the mountains and wildlife while you are watching movies or TV!
Xbox 360 with controllers and games. Four rock band wireless guitars (including the Fender Mustang) with wireless drum set and key board.
Xbox 360 Kinect with games on a separate X-box console so you don't have to change connections.
We have about twenty video game titles at this time with all the popular rock band, Guitar hero, Halo,Kinect, and Wii games. Ask for a list.

This is our second stay! We love the location of this cabin. We love the 2 decks and hot tub. It is extremely well stocked with everything you would need and more.Gary is welcoming and attentive. This home has space for everyone and it’s warm and comfortable.

Nicely laid out so everyone had their own space with both indoor and outdoor seatings for gathering. Elk paraded by easily visible from the back deck. Quiet neighborhood made for restfull sleep after touring Rocky Mountain NP.

Wonderful stay! House had everything we needed. We appreciated the host replacing the espresso machine since we brought coffee to use and it was missing. Great location just outside Estes Park main area at Mary's Lake.

lots of space, friendly and helpful owner (we had medicine that arrived after we left and Gary helped us get it quickly). location is excellent and the backyard, toys, and games kept the kids very happy.

Wonderful Estes Park Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home had a fantastic location that was close enough to Estes, but still tranquil and quiet with beautiful views. The owner, Gary, was wonderful and quick to respond to our questions.

Loved it!

Entire family was very comfortable and happy! It's probably the most well-stocked properties we've ever stayed in. We loved the view from the deck and saw lots of deer and elk. We would definitely stay there again!

Fall at the cabin

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. The location was great. Morning coffee in the sunshine on the deck was a great way to start the day. Plenty of room for our extended family as we loved all being together.

Fantastic stay

This place has it all. Gary is a fantastic host and always available for questions or concerns. Location is fantastic for Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes. Entertainment center set-up is insane. My family loves this place and we hope to be back. Gary is always available but I think the best thing I can say is that we didn’t need him because everything you need is already there with excellent instructions. Can’t recommend any higher.

Perfect family stay

The house was perfect for our family trip to the Rockies. My kids loved the games in the basement, the deck was lovely to sit on and have my coffee, the hot tub was a lifesaver after difficult hikes and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. I would stay again without reservation

Great place to be in Estes...in the snow!

This place was cozy, well-appointed, and a perfect place to watch the snow, hang out, cook and enjoy the area. We saw deer several times, enjoyed the hot tub, and ventured out into Rocky Mountain National Park a couple of times!

The house was perfect-we were to have 10 guests but four were unable to join us due to school and work commitments. My nephew was able to join us so we did have a group of 7, 3 of which had never visited Colorado including my youngest grandson, age 17. The younger folks loved the hot tub and used it at least 3 times. As far as the kitchen, I've never rented a home or condo that was as stocked with everything you could possibly need. The home was clean and lacked for nothing. We also enjoy having several game nights as the owners have lots of games to choose from. Thank you for everything! This home was perfect and I hope to return in the next year of so with my folks who couldn't come along last week and we will definitely look at staying at this home once again.

Outstanding location and views

We had a wedding in Estes Park and booked this property. Overall the views and location were great. Gary the Property owner was great to deal with and offered us suggestions on things to do while in the area. We would highly recommend this property.

Great Vacation Home

We have stayed in this home twice in the past year. It fits our family perfectly. The house is so comfortable and homey with everything you need to fix family meals and is also the most stocked home I’ve ever stayed at. The location is also wonderful. You feel secluded yet you are close to town and the National Park. The host is also great to work with.

Wonderful place for the whole family

We had a wonderful time at Gary’s house in Estes Park. This place was very comfortable for the entire family. We really appreciated the highchair, pack and play, and security gates for the stairs since we were traveling with a one year old. The host is extremely responsive. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and more.highly recommend.
