10/10 Excellent

"What a quaint, adorable place! It was like having our own apartment complete with a kitchen, dining area, and living space. Grounds were well kept up and the cabin was extremely clean. We loved how close it was located to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We would definitely stay here again! Had to laugh - they have these deer statues around the property and every time we came in or left, we thought for a second they were real!😂"

"The potential for this property & enjoying our stay is there. However, we arrived to check in and the parking lot is being tore up, no sign on where to park or check in, etc. The construction crew stopped their equipment to help us out..... We get checked in and go for a tour that evening, only to come back to find a note on every door that we had to be out of the parking before 7 am the next morning. And to find out when we tried to return at 6 pm that we were not allowed back in the parking lot until 7 pm (that was not on the note on the door). And why did they not tell us this when we checked in? The hotel itself was nice, they offer breakfast in the morning, smores and a fire pit in the evening but unable to take advantage of these due to the parking lot situation. Communication from management would have made all the difference in our stay. Due to this I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars."
