We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. The location was perfect for us! We were just minutes away from the downtown and RMNP! The property had everything we needed and was super comfortable for our family of 7!
It was an absolute pleasure staying here during my family trip to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s located in Estes Park and is right down the road from the park entrance; which is super helpful if you want to get to hikes early which I’d recommend. Plenty of room and great place to stay. I’d absolutely stay here again on my next trip to the Rockies and would recommend it to my friends and family!

Great Stay!
Very nice property - Great location with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park, hiking trails, downtown Estes Park, and lots of great activities. Will be back!!
Nice place. The only thing to note is that is close to a busy road which did not bother us much - at least the bed rooms were in the back of the house away from the road.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The only issue was warmth without air conditioning particularly on 2nd floor~other then that the location decor and cleanliness was wonderful. We loved hiking in the park and short drive to restaurants!
This property was perfect for us. It was close to all our wedding events in Estes park and Allenspark. It is so close to Rocky Mountain national park it was easy to get kids up and get them ready for a fun day! Plus with construction happening at 2 of the other park entrances it was a bonus that this property was right by the entrance with the least traffic issues.
This was such a great place for our family! We had 5 adults and 2 littles. The kids had SO much fun in the hidden playroom. The location was perfect for bouncing between RMNP and the town of Estes. The layout was very comfortable. We had no issues and lots of fun!
Our stay was very comfortable! The property was conveniently situated near town. It was very well stocked as described in the listing. There were some stains on the carpet and I cleaned the washing machine before using it. The two included tide pods were much appreciated. There was a cabinet of kids games and puzzles. We enjoyed watching TV channels that we don’t have at home. The floor plan of the property was perfect for our family of 7. The only thing missing is a hot tub! We would definitely book this place again someday.
Property was well stocked. Clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kids loved the games and the secret closet area. Deck was wonderful for watching the elk and deer in the area. It was noisy with road noise. We were surprised there isn’t recycling. And. This is crazy but. We were there for 4 days with 8 people ran out of TP!
Would stay again
This town home is almost brand new and is one of 4 likely rental town homes managed by the same company. It is very close to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park. Location is perfect. Our living room window faces the road with not much of a view. The house is clean and pleasant. The washer and dryer are compact and in the master bedroom closet. Dryer doesn't work well. The sound insulation of upstairs is poor. When someone is taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom, the sound is almost amplified. But other than that we are pretty happy with our stay.

Great Stay
If you plan on spending time in RMNP this is your rental. Great place, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. I actually thought the home was nicer than the pictures. A quick 510-minute drive to the main entrance of the park and a 5-minute drive to downtown Estes Park. Safeway in town had everything we needed and was a quick 10-minute drive. If I had to mention a negative it would be that the deck faced a road. Not a lot of cars driving by and not an impact on my 5-star recommendation. I'd recommend dinner at Bird and Jim in Estes Park just down the Road from the home. It was a 1.5 hr. drive from Denver airport with beautiful scenery and about 30 minutes to Boulder. We spent most of our time in RMNP which is stunning with endless beautiful scenery and hikes. Did spend a day in Boulder, hiked in Chautauqua Trailhead and had lunch at The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, both highly recommended. I'd highly recommend Hawkeye Ridge. Loved everything about it.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was excellent — friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way.
My fiancé, myself and his 3 children came up here for us to get married. The house was in a quiet location and very clean. It’s a short drive to downtown and was close to RMNP. I would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I recently went to Estes Park to catch the Fall colors in Rocky Mountain National Park and stayed here. The home was fabulous. It is a new home with great decor and amenities. It is located close to an entrance to the park and we frequently saw elk passing by the home. We would definitely stay there again. Gary and Dana.
We wanted to escape as a family for a short weekend and this was the perfect getaway space! New and clean, small but yet plenty of room for all!!!! Just a few minutes from downtown Estes. Had deer walking in the yard and across the street. Saw several Elk while driving in the area. Just a beautiful weekend! Thanks so much!

Modern and Cute
Great little townhome with a lot of amenities. Updated, spacious, comfy, clean! Saw deer and a lot of hummingbirds on the patio. Downside is it backs up to a busy road and we experienced some plumbing issues in the upstairs bathroom. So instead of 3 bathrooms we were down to 2. Tried to get it resolved with the management company while we were there, but couldn’t. Great for a weekend trip.
The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed.
The location is perfect for access to RMNP.
We saw deer outside our window in the mornings and elk walking on our driveway.
It was the perfect place for our girls hiking getaway. Would definitely stay here again.
