Welcome to Bond Park Place! Estes Park Vacation Rental #3038.
Bond Park Place is a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located right above Bond Park and the center of downtown Estes Park. Sleeps up to 5, (1 King, 2 Twins, and Sofa Bed). Two outdoor patio/decks with views of the mountains, downtown Estes, Estes Lake, and the historic Stanley Hotel. Recently updated with all the modern conveniences including Wifi, Roku TV and over 200 DVDs. Plenty of driveway parking. Easy walk to everything that downtown Estes Park has to offer including numerous restaurants! Or stay in and grill on the outdoor deck and enjoy the views!

This cabin built at the same time as the Stanley Hotel is very nice in that the location is close to town and the views are lovely. My favorite part is the porch swing in the yard.

The Perfect Place

After 3 days of hiking in the backcountry, we needed a great shower, relaxation, and wonderful beds. This place was perfect. Amazing home base for RMNP!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience staying here while in Estes Park! We stayed here with our infant and toddler and the fenced in outdoor area was perfect for all of our down time. Our toddler thoroughly enjoyed playing outside and we ate all our meals on the patio with views of the mountains. WiFi worked great, comfortable beds, extremely convenient to downtown-only a few minutes walk- and very communicative and accommodating hosts! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect cozy cottage

The house was perfect for our family and we loved staying there! We enjoyed sitting in the backyard and looking at the mountain view’s. The downtown area is just a short walk away. We saw elk roaming around the house at least once a day during our stay. Not a far drive at all to two RMNP entrances. Just an overall great place to stay in Estes Park!

Beautiful small cottage close to downtown

The cottage was as described in the advertisement, small and cozy, and ok for four adults. It was spotlessly clean and had a complete kitchen equipment. The beds were comfy, the environment was safe and clean, and Michele was a very accommodating host. The only downer, as for all of Estes Park, is the pricing: 50% above the average of our vacation, due to the good access to Bear Lake road and other hiking spots.

Had a great week stay here! The house was very neat and cozy with everything we needed. Probably the best stocked kitchen with cooking supplies that I've seen in a rental home. Excellent location walkable to restaurants & shops downtown. The beds were reasonably comfortable with plenty of extra pillows & blankets. Had a slight snafu with getting the door code to work at check-in time, but was quickly resolved with a phone call. This was a nice quiet place to come back to relax each day after hiking & exploring the national park.

Perfectly Situated and in Great Condition

This 2 bedroom home was perfect for our family of three. The location is ideal as it is a short walk to the downtown area, but far enough to be out of the hubbub. House is in great condition and immaculate. Communication with the host is excellent and the entire process was seamless. I appreciated the book of suggested hikes which came in handy one day when high winds caused us to rethink our hiking plan for the day.

This home was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies and spices. Shower was great . Loved the deck outback. We saw some wildlife such as elk,rabbits, chipmunks and a territorial hummingbird. Hummingbird kept us amused. The owners were quick to response to any questions we had.
