    Inside, the two-story layout offers a comfortable mix of shared gathering space and private sleeping quarters. Upstairs, both bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom also includes a king bed and an attached bathroom. This setup is ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together who want extra space and convenience during their stay.

    Planning to visit Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay? Please be aware that RMNP uses a timed entry reservation system during peak season, typically from late May through mid-October.

    Timed entry reservations may be required for certain areas and entry times, including Bear Lake Road. Reservations are made through Recreation .gov and are not available at the park entrance stations. A timed entry reservation is separate from the park entrance fee or park pass.

    Timed entry reservations can sell out quickly, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak summer dates. Reservations typically become available on the 1st of the month for the following month’s entry dates.

    To reserve timed entry, please visit Recreation .gov and search “Rocky Mountain National Park Timed Entry.” Guests should also review the official Rocky Mountain National Park website before their trip, as dates, entry windows, and availability may change.

    🐾 No Pets:
    We love animals, but this home is pet-free. Unauthorized pets may result in a deep cleaning fee to maintain our allergy-friendly space.
    🚭 No Smoking:
    Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors.
    ⏰ Checkout Time:
    Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
    🎉 No Parties or Events:
    To keep things peaceful for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at this property.

Nice quiet location. Well-equipped with many of the basics that either get you through your stay or until you can get to the grocery store.The condo is well insulated and the beds were comfortable. They were soft but not too soft in our opinion. There were a few repairs that needed to be made (bathroom sink stoppers and microwave) but I’d imagine those will be fixed soon. It would be nice to have access to a kitchen broom & dustpan. (hint hint)There were TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom setups were nice. Both with en suite bathrooms.The patio is a large size for a condo with a good amount of seating. Overall, it was a comfortable, spacious, quiet place to stay.
