Main Level Living- Gathering and Master Suite

The heart of the home features an open floor plan with a vaulted-ceiling living room, plush leather seating, and a stunning stone gas fireplace. Expansive windows let in natural light and forest views, creating the perfect space to gather. The fully equipped kitchen incudes granite countertops, modern appliances, and seating for 10 at the dining table and breakfast bar. The main level also includes the Master Bedroom, offering a king bed, cozy gas fireplace, and an ensuite bath with dual granite vanities and a walk-in shower.

Upper Level- Comfortable Sleeping Quarters

The upstairs level provides two spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed, while bedroom 3 includes two queen beds plus a seating area, making it ideal for families or groups. A shared bathroom with updated finishes completes this level.

Lower Level- Entertainment & Extra Space

The downstairs level is designed for fun and relaxation. Here you will find Bedroom 4 with a queen bed, as well as a second family room furnished with leather seating a loveseat, and TV/DVD for movie nights. The Garage includes a ping pong table, adding another option for entertainment. Additional storage and linen closets are also located on this level.

Because we had a new member to the family the stay was comfortable with what we needed. We grilled out in the evening and enjoyed the deck. The location was great being close to what we were going to do but far enough for quiet. Communication ahead of time was great for needed choices. It was a great stay!!

Great weekend for the family

The Kyle was perfect for a weekend in Estes for our multi generational family. Quiet, near the river and wishing short distance of RMNP and the town. It was very comfortable and well supplied. We loved it!

Perfect September Trip

The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 grandkids. Location with amenities was just what we wanted. Tamara and James were great hosts and were very prompt to answer a couple of questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, it had a nice layout of the rooms, and was close to family- accessible activities. The home was equipped with a baby crib, kitchen staples, and bath toiletries. We recommend this place!

Awesome!

This place was amazing. It was lacking nothing, and we loved the location. We played in RMNP during the day, and we enjoyed the cabin at night. The cabin was so clean and so well maintained, and it even had a phone charger in case someone forgot theirs. We will be back!

Long Weekend Getaway

This house is exactly as it is advertised. The location is great, easy to get to Estes Park in just a few minutes. The river view was beautiful, and opening the windows we could hear birds and rushing water. Check out was a breeze, no extra cleaning like some places have you do, just some basic tidying up. Tamara was very quick to respond to messages, and helped us get back an item that was left behind. I would say the only downside was that we had two large SUVs and backing out was a little tricky. We should have utilized the overflow parking more, there are steps right to the house from it.

This is a beautiful property. We felt as if we were living in a tree house. The owners have provided all that one needs for your stay. Watching the sun set over the Rockies while grilling dinner can't be beaten. You are an easy stroll away from the Big Thompson and hiking trails. Thank you for the memories. RB

Highly Recommend

Kyle Cabin is amazing! Nestled among the trees with the river flowing nearby, it is beautiful inside and out. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to relax and enjoy all the amenities of this super clean, spacious, updated, and delightfully decorated home. Tamara's emails were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Great host and great place!

Week after Memorial Day 2024

We had a nice stay at Kyle Cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook and bake with, and there was plenty of propane for the grill. There was also enough very nice soft towels for our entire group of 7, with some to spare. Having access to a washer and dryer allowed us to minimize the amount of clothes we needed to bring, which was so helpful. We loved being able to open the front windows and hear the sounds of the river in the living room. And the location was perfect. We could be at the Beaver Meadows Entrance to RMNP and downtown Estes within 10 minutes. Tamara was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful home and fully stocked kitchen! Check in was easy and home was close to the park entrance. Loved the fact that there was a ping doing table in the garage, especially for a rainy afternoon. Proximity to the Big Thompson allowed for great access for fly fishing.
