Great cabin and service

This was a great little cabin about as close to the park as you can get. I locked myself out of the car while checking out and the property manager IMMEDIATELY rode to my rescue. Great service for which I’m very grateful.

We had a great stay! The cabin was precious. I just didn’t catch that the bathroom was downstairs from the main bedroom, but it was still great! Thanks again for having us; it’s beautiful around Estes Park!!

Loved being at the end of the row of cabins. Wild turkeys and deer right outside the door on our first morning.

Comfortable Cabin

Very nice cabin that was recently updated. Located close to everything you need. The only negative is that it is located on a dirt street that is washing out on one side

Excellent location. Close enough to town to be minutes away but not so close as to listen to traffic or other hotels etc. The space itself was very clean. The bed was comfortable and I am picky. There were heaters which was good as we got kind of chilled hiking in the rain. Everything was perfect. Only confusion was we came in late and did not realize our parking spot was on Strong Avenue and not the other driveway.

There was an issue when we arrived, but it was resolved and the rest of the stay went well. When we arrived, the water was shut off (so no flushing toilet or running water). Although the phone number to contact after hours was posted in multiple places, the emergency request line was also not working, so we had to find somewhere open at 11 pm on a Thursday to buy bottled water to drink and brush our teeth with (we ended up finding some at a liquor store). This did interfere with our plans for an early morning hike. However, as soon as the host saw our messages the next morning, they came right over to turn on the water and were apologetic. They left us a note and gift card to a nice restaurant in town, which was nice but unfortunately didn't fit into our plans, so we instead requested a refund for the first night which they granted. After our stay, I called the number with the emergency request line and the issue we faced seemed to be resolved. The location was convenient and the rest of our stay continued without issue, and the cabin was cute, clean, and simple - just what we were looking for. Since the host resolved the water/phone line issues from our first night, I would recommend staying here.
