"The property was clean and well furnished in modern style. However, the welcome we received was very unfortunate. There was no key box so we had to be met personally. The appointed meeting hour was brought forward by the property manager and when we were delayed by twenty minutes because of unforeseen traffic, she threatened to make us wait until the evening. She was unfriendly, queried the presence of our dog, for whom I had gained permission (she had no record of this) and for whom we had paid...

"This apartment in a wonderful location could be a real winner. Sadly, it is neglected, quite dirty and in desperate need of an update. Broken furniture, broken fixtures and most of all,..... a 3rd floor residence with no fire escape and a smoke alarm that DOES NOT WORK...!!!! No excuse... get a new battery..! Such a pity as this location is really special. Communication prior to arrival was good, but payment details were disasterous... the host does not use VRBO for payment... just one more...

"A perfect little house in a great location. Quite small all round, but all two people & a dog need for a short break. V easy to reach all of the D Day beaches & key sites. Bikes are available to use & it’s only a short cycle to the boulangerie in the morning. We had fantastic weather, so made good use of the outside space also. Florence met us on arrival & is a wonderful host. Would most definitely recommend 😎"
