Recently built detached house on a working farm (corn), near another gîte and the owners' house, in a quiet area away from the village. Lovely view of the Pyrenees. Bright and comfortable gîte. Ground floor: - Equipped kitchen (oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, gas hob, dishwasher), living room (TV). - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed). Shower room, WC. Utility room (dryer, washing machine). Attic floor with reversible air conditioning: - 1 bedroom (1 double bed), - WC with washbasin and bidet. Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels available for hire. Baby equipment available on request. Electric heating is extra. 2 terraces, including a private covered terrace extending from the kitchen (garden furniture, electric griddle). Volleyball court to be shared with the other gîte G121126. Private parking for 1 car.
