Quiet, beautiful apartment with a terrace overlooking the garden

The spacious apartment is located in the middle of the cozy old town of Esense, central and very quiet with a view of the garden. It is 4.5 km to the sea. There are numerous shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment consists of:
• a large kitchen with an adjoining terrace
• a fully equipped, large kitchenette
• A master bedroom (mansard) with an adjacent, small loggia
• 2 small bedrooms (mansard) with 2 beds each
• a shower room and a separate toilet
• a guest toilet
Use of the sauna is possible.
Between March 15 and October 31, every holiday guest in Esens-Bensersiel pays a guest fee (North Sea ServiceCard). Further information can be found at the end below the calendar.

Übernachten in Esens
Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten in der Stadt. Hinterhoflage.Und damit super. Die Auffahrt zum Hof ist nur leider sehr eng, aber machbar. Schöne Wohnung. Unten Wohn-Esszimmer mit Gästetoilette. Oben die Schlafräume, Badezimmer und im Extraraum Toilette. Klasse für eine Gruppe für bis zu 6 Leuten. Die Gegend ist schön. Die Leute sehr nett. Wir waren über Silvester da. Es regnete viel. So konnten wir die süße kleine Terrasse am Wohnzimmer und den Balkon am "Elternschlafzimmer" nicht nutzen. Aber es schien sehr nett und ruhig zu sein. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Tage waren einfach super und zu kurz Die Nähe zu den Sielen ( Bensersiel usw ) ist klasse und immer einen Ausflug wert zu erwähnen sind auch die Restaurants la Casa di Danielo nebenan und die Hopfenlaube schräg gegenüber

Ein perfektes Wochenende
Die Wohnung in Esens liegt zentral und ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein toller Komfort sind Badehandtücher und Bettwäsche. Uns hat es wunderbar gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch der Kontakt zur Verwalterin war ohne Probleme und sehr freundlich.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung, Lage der Wohnung, der Ort und die Umgebung. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick in den Garten direkt auf einen Früchte tragenden Apfelbaum. Von der Wohnung aus war man direkt im Zentrum. Esens ist ein sehr schöner Ort, in dem man alles findet, was man braucht. Von dort kann man in viele Orte mit dem Bus fahren und kann das Auto mal stehen lassen.

Es ist moderner eingerichtet als auf den Bildern - was Schon mal super ist :) Sehr freundliche Gastgeber , tolle Umgebung Achtung - Garten ist nicht für einen alleine nur falls das bei Hunden wichtig ist :) Es war auch alles super - nur oben die Teppiche , die waren auch nicht dreckig wir mögen es nur nicht gerne. Da hatte ich gleich die Nase zu aber war auch kein Problem ich bin dann ins große Schlafzimmer gewechselt und da war dann alles prima :) süßer Balkon mit dabei. Würden immer wieder kommen :)
