Very clean, modern, warm and open, you will feel at home as soon as you step on the property. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping while being couple of minutes away from the town. Closest EV charging station is less than 2 minutes away and laundromat is about 4 min away. The entire 1 acre property is gated, secure and private with spectacular views of mountains. Automated gate and smart lock on the main door allows you to have access to your space without any interaction. All codes and wi-fi passwords will be communicated on check-in day. No pet policy including service pet due owners allergy to animal hair. Immediate checkout without refund + $800 specialist cleaning fee will be applied to violators. Check out time is 11am. The cleaning crew has very narrow window to clean for the next guest so we appreciate your promptness. Due to past issues, we are now charging $50 every 15 min spent on the property and the house after checkout time. Thank you.
