"The location was great, space was large, kitchen not very well maintained but adequate for the price with crockery. Directions were confusing with google and apple maps giving us the wrong location based on address given via website and directly by owner - a bit stressful considering we arrived quite late at night. Towels were damp drying outside - felt last minute - and there was no toilet roll - which quite frankly was very inconsiderate. No cleaning products. Very basic. Owner always...

"The apartment was just as it looked in the pictures. It’s in a great location with fabulous views from all angles of both the harbour and the old town. It is ideally placed for visiting the town and its many restaurants and for travelling further afield, either by bus or boat. I would highly recommend!"

"Compact apartment perfect for two people and terrific location for beach, restaurants and supermarket. A couple of issues - the hot water wasn’t switched on and the oven didn’t work. Hot water issue solved as Guy - the very charming host - visited and sorted. Overall we enjoyed our stay - the beach is beautiful and the bay perfect for swimming."

"Such a homely and cosy apartment for myself and 2 adult daughters. It really felt like home from home. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking meals together and dining on the gorgeous terrace looking at the amazing view. It was a great base to explore the south west of the island."

"We had a wonderful stay in our perfect studio room with everything we needed. The mini kitchen was stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, etc. Unfortunately our room had really terrible wifi and as an international traveller, we really counted on being able to use it but the connection was so weak we weren’t able to load anything. We also had a random smell of sulphur appear in our room throughout the stay which was unpleasant. "

"The apartment is in a great location with incredible sea views. The main living area is spacious and well equipped. The terrace needs new sun beds and ideally more than two. In our bedroom (nearest the front door) the ceiling fan didn’t work which made the room very hot & stuffy. We really felt that the property needed an information book which would have helped us to order in food, find the local (walkable) beach and make better use of both our time there and the local facilities. "We have stayed in the area several times before, and wish we had known about this apartment before now! Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Apartment had all we needed for a great holiday and was in a perfect location, near enough to bars, restaurants and the beach. A lovely flat walk gets you into San Antonio in about 45 mins. A great apartment where we will hopefully return."

"Our group loved the location and how relaxing the area was during our stay. It was great to get away from the busy areas of Ibiza and relax. Excellent house with a great outdoor space and plenty of room for everyone. Very close to the city and all it had to offer as well. "We had a great week in a lovely location. The apartment is well stocked and has a great view from the balcony.There are a number of bars and restaurants to choose from and a little shop below the complex with freshly baked bread and food essentials. The beach is right beside the apartment and there are lots of others to choose from if you have a car. We hired a car so saw a lot of the island and Ibiza town was 30 minutes away."

"Only hard thing is the parking and stairs if you have luggage’s since they don’t help you"

"The property and room was very clean. Nice swimming pool and gym. The rooms are big. The only issue is communication with the front desk with information about the property not knowing when the gym, pool, closed. We noticed they showed other people checking in around the property however we were just taken to our room and that was it. When asking to the one gentleman we felt brushed off. Great place but not the friendliest front desk. "
