Ideally located 3 minutes walk from the beach Caroual (200m) and 10 minutes (450 m) from the city center.
Comfortable residence, 85 m2, full foot, fully renovated with enclosed garden with two terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
Main access through a veranda with an office area, distributing on one side:
2 bedrooms, one with a bed of 140/200, the other, small room with bunk beds 90/200 (access to the terrace). A bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), a separate toilet.
On the other side :
living room open on an equipped kitchen area,
a bathroom with sink and storage
a bedroom (bed 160/200) opening onto a patio with furnished terrace.
An independent storeroom is equipped with a fridge
additional freezer, washing / drying machine, storage, games and beach accessories.

charmante bourgade et des sites aux environs qui vous laissent sous le charme. plages à deux pas, cap Frehel superbe, fort la Latte à visiter absolument et tant d'autres possibilités. Merveilleux séjour.

La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, joliment decorée et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Elle est proche de la plage de Caroual. Chaque soir nous pouvions profiter de la magnifique vue sur les baies, juste au coin de la rue. Dans les deux petit jardins nous pouvions nous asseoir au soleil ou å l'ombre. Nous avons un bon séjour dans cette maison. Et on peut faire des belles ballades cÎtieres dans les environs et visiter les marchés animés. Ingrid, Pays-Bas

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. HaushaltsgerĂ€te waren wie beschrieben alle vorhanden. Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei blickgeschĂŒtzte Terrassen. Zum herrlichen Sandstrand sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant kann man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichen. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Fantastisches Familienhaus

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Erquy. Das Haus war sehr sauber und erstklassig eingerichtet, mit hervorragender Raumaufteilung. Drei Kinder und zwei Erwachsene hatten hier ausreichend Platz zum Schlafen und spielen. Es fehlte an nichts und auch der Empfang war sehr nett! Das Haus liegt etwa 200m vom kleinen ruhigen Strand Caroual gelegen. Es steht auf einem HĂŒgel, möchte man zum Strand oder in die Stadt laufen, muss man fĂŒr den RĂŒckweg ein paar Energiereserven ĂŒbrig lassen. DafĂŒr wird man oben mit einer tollen Aussicht belohnt, auch morgens beim Baguette holen in der kleinen, schmucken Innenstadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

es handelt sich um 2 kleine , durch eine Art Wintergarten verbundene HĂ€uschen. Lage einige Hundert Meter vom tollen Strand Caroual und dem Ortskern, auf einem HĂŒgel. 2 Terrassen, eine mit schönem Gartenmöbel, Schirm und Dusche. bei schlechtem Wetter wĂ€re drinnen besseres Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer wĂŒnschenswert.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Aufteilung mit 2 Kinder

Die Übergabe des SchlĂŒssels war sehr einfach. Wir hatten per SMS Kontakt. SchlĂŒssel wĂŒrde dann einfach im Briefkasten hinterlegt,so dass wir zeitlich flexibel anreisen konnten. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir waren sehr ĂŒberrascht,wie sauber das Haus war. FĂŒr uns war das Haus perfekt (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern 9 Jahre und 6 Jahre). Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in StrandnÀhe

Wir waren eine Woche im Sommer in diesem HĂ€uschen und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Man merkt der Unterkunft an, dass sie auch von den Besitzern selbst genutzt wird: Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht, inspiriert und liebevoll. Es ist alles - und noch mehr - da, was man braucht, und das in einer guten QualitĂ€t. Die NĂ€he zum Strand ist großartig, und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĂŒmer per Email auf Englisch war völlig unproblematisch, lediglich fĂŒr die Betreuerin sollte man ein bisschen Französisch können.

Haus mit super Lage in Erquy

Das Haus ist super gelegen - 7 Minuten zum Stadtkern mit den kleinen LĂ€den (fĂŒr die OrtsgrĂ¶ĂŸe viel Auswahl an traiteurs mit sehr gutem Angebot/ guter QualitĂ€t) und 3 Minuten zum schöneren der beiden Erquy StrĂ€nde zu Fuß. Der kleine Garten des Hauses ist sehr schön angelegt, sowie der Innenhof. Das Haus ist groß und hell, so dass Regentage nicht ganz zur BĂŒrde werden. Das Bad ist tiptop und neu und ist viel grĂ¶ĂŸer und besser ausgestattet, als die Fotos es erkennen lassen, gleiches gilt fĂŒr das separate WC. Sehr vorteilhaft sind die vielen AufrĂ€umflĂ€chen, so dass Koffer nicht geöffnet im Weg stehen mĂŒssen. In einem separaten Raum steht noch ein weiterer KĂŒhlschrank mit viel Fassungsvermögen und eine Waschmaschine, die auch trocknen kann, beides hat sich als sehr praktisch erwiesen. Das Haus war bei Übergabe sauber, mit einer großen Ausnahme der KĂŒche. Diese fanden wir leider in einem schlechten Zustand wieder: an den Fronten klebten Essensresten/Kochspritzer, die SpĂŒle war in Ă€hnlichem Zustand, in den SchrĂ€nken / auf der ArbeitsflĂ€che lagen noch teilweise KrĂŒmel - dafĂŒr einen Stern Abzug in der Gesamtbewertung, da wir bei Einzug erst den gröbsten Schmutz hier entfernen mussten und dann nur den Teil, der Sachen verwendet haben, die wir einmal durch die SpĂŒlmaschine gejagt haben. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und bei Problemen reagieren sie sehr schnell. Insgesamt: Sehr schönes Haus - einen Stern Abzug in der Gesamtbewertung fĂŒr die Sauberkeit der KĂŒche

Maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien placĂ©e entre le centre ville et la plage de Caroual. Maison lumineuse, agrĂ©able Ă  vivre avec des espaces de vie bien diffĂ©rencier des espaces nuit. Ce qui permet d'y ĂȘtre en couple avec une famille de deux enfants sans ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour de deux semaines ! Et espĂ©rons pouvoir relouer pour d'autres Ă©tĂ©s.

SĂ©jour parfait Ă  Erquy !

Superbe maison rĂ©novĂ©e avec goĂ»t Ă  5min de la plage de Caroual Ă  pied et Ă  10min du centre d’Erquy. Nous qui louons tous les ans Ă  Erquy c’est de loin la plus chouette maison que nous avons louĂ©e ! Toute a qu’opĂ©rĂ© il ne manque rien mĂȘme pour bĂ©bĂ© ! Les 2 terrasses sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Merci ! Nous reviendrons dans hĂ©siter !
