"The hot tub not hot enough Checking time late by 45minutes...wife upset on our anniversary ..not happy"

"No elevator.. don’t understand how a hotel has no elevator, especially one so close to the airport, knowing most who stay here are travelling through with luggage. Stayed here for one night. The lady at front desk thankfully put me in a room on first floor so there were no stairs. The room was dark and run down, and shower pressure was almost non existent. The shuttle was nice (runs every 15 minutes, make arrangements) but I ended up at 45 zone to wait, then upon calling told to go to 13 which was all the way on the other end. They should be clearer about pick up zones for people before arrival."

"We enjoyed our recent stay at the Hyatt during a trip to Toronto to pick up our son from college. The check in process was quick and the staff friendly. The room was clean and well laid out. My only comment was there was no hand soap at the sink so used the shower gel. Their complimentary breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items."

"Fridge wasn’t working properly, von it in the stairway, people smoking marijuana right outside the doors, elevator broken so we need to climb the stairs with everything. It was a terrible stay."
