"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! An absolute hell hole , have a “maintenance man” living in the parking lot . The fridge was broken and not fixed, the ac was broken and not fixed . The room claimed it accommodated 12 people but only accommodated 3 people . An the staff is a nightmare. Spent 400 for 2 nights and in the family room you’re only proved a microwave so we were grilling and they told us that it’s not allowed and made us cook elsewhere . Take your hard earned money elsewhere"

"Needs a deep clean underneath the surface like the walls could be wiped down but wasnt too dirty though. Chris the maintenance guy tried hitting on my wife which he needs fired from the place. The room was nice beds and comfy. The shower was nice and hot water instantly and clean towels. It was quiet at nights and the pool was amazing, they should put some pool toys for guest though just a thought. The parking was great, you can park right in front of your room. You can hangout right outside of room with the comfy adriondack chairs provided. It was a cool place to stay and would do it again, we stayed over the 4th of July weekend for 5 nights and no major problems."

"The Glass House Inn was very nice. It was more quiet and had a layout that was more our style than a traditional hotel. The room was just enough for what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The pool was a nice, relaxing place. There was a gazebo and picnic tables. My husband enjoyed reading outside. It was close to the beaches, Waldameer, and other attractions. Although not a huge breakfast, it had a nice variety and fresh fruit. The staff was extremely nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!!!"

"Love the location (so close to the lake), beautifully updated and decorated. Love the new parking pad and front porch. Nice backyard seating as well. Communication was excellent. She let me know I could check in a hour early because the house was ready. This is my third stay here and plan on staying next summer as well. That says it all :)"

"Super friendly staff. The third party booking site I used did not book me an adjoining rooms as requested, but the hotel staff was extremely helpful and switching this for me. Once I arrived, even though this took a little effort. The rooms were very clean, had great amenities, and worked well for our family with a teenager. The absolutely only issue was that the ice machine in our floor was broken, but there was one on every other floor. Great hotel stay!"

"This house is beautiful. Very big and spacious. There is an enormous tv in the living room and a comfy sectional. great for the World Cup games!The bedrooms are all very large, and the bathrooms are well designed.The kitchen is obviously brand new, with top line appliances, and mostly all you would need for cooking. The laundry room is also good sized and convenient.There is a large porch off the kitchen overlooking a big private back yard.The only thing I would say I didn't like is that the AC works very well downstairs, not so well upstairs. When the upstairs was cool enough for sleeping the downstairs was cold. The tile floors made it seem colder. But- I am one of those always cold people.Also this house in on a corner lot and the road in front is a main road and very busy and I wonder if it would be noisy with windows open during cooler weather. The flip side is that we were a few minutes drive to the grocery store, etc.That said, I would 100% recommend this house to someone looking for a spacious place to gather, comfy beds and rooms, and a well furnished kitchen in a convenient location."
