Hotel is dated but rooms were decently clean and spacious. Check in was smooth and staff friendly. Breakfast was a usual hotel breakfast, very busy and was hard for staff to keep up but you could see they were trying. Great location

I love how close this hotel is to Presque Isle. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. I just wish the beds were a little more comfortable. I could feel the springs in our mattress. If it wasn't for that, then I would rate it 5/5. The continental breakfast is your normal, no complaints there. Overall it's a nice place to stay. We didn't utilize the pool but it looked nice and clean.

The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was nice, loved the bacon. The outdoor pool was heated which was nice. Met a lot of friendly people. However being on the first floor meant dealing with people in the room above who were very heavy footed and hearing children running back and forth across the room. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The check in staff was amazing, great recommendations for dinner. The property is dated and our room had mold in the bathroom. I advised the AM desk staff. The carpet in the hall and room was dingey and torn. Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average. The toaster has no handles to push the toast down.

Clean & comfortable. Good staff who got me a new room within 3 minutes of the toilet overflowing in the first room I was checked into. Easy drive to Presque Isle State Park which was well worth the stay.

Location to state park was ideal. Staff were friendly and breakfast is a full breakfast with multiple options. The rooms are older which is fine, but could have been cleaner. The outside pool looked nice and clean but the outdoor maintenance of the grounds has not been done.

We couldn't close the drapes in our room so the sun was shining in in the morning. Also, a car with 2 girls kept circling the parking lot. The car needed a new muffler. Our breakfast was good and the front desk staff were good.

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with a good complimentary breakfast and plenty of parking very close to the entrance of Presque Isle State Park. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. We were greeted with a smile from Property Manager, Rudy, who was friendly and accommodating. My husband and I stayed for four nights and we would surely stay here again the next time we are in Erie.

This hotel is has a good location. Have stayed here 3 years in a row. But it is going downhill. No lights in the parking lot (was told they are on a timer that comes on at 10pm) so it is pitch black trying to get kids and luggage inside while avoiding potholes. Shower was moldy and didnt work right. Breakfast is pretty good, but it runs out often so you have to wait. My overall assessment is that if a corner can be cut to save money, it is being cut. Probably our last stay here after 3 years.

Loved having a microwave and fridge in the room. Wish there was a gym. I have stayed here three times and always had a pleasant stay, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately on this stay I had an issue with the shower in my room (318). Nothing could be done because hotel was fully booked. The pipe to the shower head was virtually non-existent and the shower head stuck out from the wall maybe one inch. I was unable to angle the shower head to my height. It water shot above my head. I had to stand all the way in the back on my tip toes to get the water to wet my hair--not safe and this room was designated as a handicap accessible room (no way that would have worked out). I had to hold a hand towel in the water stream to divert in toward the rest of my body. Fortunately I arranged for a late check our which gave me the extra time to shower before I had to leave.
