They have to improve the cleanliness of the room. The rooms smell kind of bad and the bathroom wasn’t clean I mean it wasn’t horrible but no as you will expect. The carpet looks like it has been awhile without a deep cleaning .

I liked how close the hotel was from presque isle and different restaurants. They ran out of towels when we asked for more. Bathtub leaked all over the floor and the toilet was hard to flush. Could use upgrades throughout the hotel. Pool was cold but kids still swam. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

The continental breakfast was great. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. Would have liked it if the room would have been cleaned or fresh linens would have been provided on our two night stay. We had to go to the desk and request them. The price was very reasonable and we were pleased with the room.

I was glad they were close to the airport. Outside grounds not as inviting although it looks like they are doing work. I was delighted to see a new restaurant just up the road from the property making it convenient to get a great experience in dining.
