Likes: Very nice accommodating staff, clean and bug-free room; nice facilities and amenities; very good breakfast. Not so much: the shower door was missing a bottom gasket, so I had to clean up some water. I did report it and it will be fixed.

Great breakfast, and breakfast attendant was professional and kind. Room only got basic attention — new towels and trash emptied, but nothing else. Samples of “whole food” bars were a nice surprise. Overall, great location near casino and not far from State Park at a very reasonable price.

I was surprised how clean it was! I am a stickler for clean. We were glad to be so close to the Casino and close to the highway to go back home.

Everything was good. Person checking us in wasn’t familiar with us already having paid for room. Manager came and had to fix things after I questioned something. Upon departure the elevators were not working and they had no idea how long it would take to get them working so not easy coming down from the 3rd floor with all our things.

Friendly staff and clean. Breakfast was great and attendant super good and hard working. Downfall, people above our room were very heavy footed and kids jumping/ banging things at all hours. Shower drain clogged so standing in tub water all through shower.

There are few issues with this hotel. The rooms are not sound proof. We had a room beside the elevator and it binged all night. Tried to turn the fan in the room on for white noise but it wouldn’t stay on then the heater would click click click. The fire alarm went off and then the elevators were out of service just in time to have to carry all our stuff out. It’s conveniently located and had full breakfast. Clean hotel but the beds are so high off the ground. I’m 5’3 and could have used a step stool.

The only thing I had a problem with was that I was staying for two nights. The first night I slept in the next morning, went and got lunch and then went back to my room and my key cards did not work. I had to go down to the reception and have them scan my cards again so they worked to get into my room for the second night.

My room wasn’t ready at check in and I was charged at the time of booking. The desk agent gave me attitude when I seemed perturbed about it. My morning shower was lukewarm with very little water pressure. The housekeeping attendant was their saving grace from a lower rating.

The room I stayed in you could hear every loud car/emergency vehicle that went by. Not just a little but a lot. The room itself was spacious and clean but the pillows were too soft and lumpy.
