"One of my few bad experiences and sadly not recommended at all.
Erfurt is a great city to visit and the location of the "hotel" is too. However, this is not a hotel. There is no staff and no/bad information about the basics like breakfast hours etc. Also they charged me twice but when talking to them they denied a refund. After a long dialogue with hotels.com I will get a refund but zero excuse from hotel.
No cleaning of rooms during stay and AI response via their so called info channel...

"The apartment was very big, a separate bedroom and bathroom. A big living room with open and well equipped kitchen. Close to the tram to visit the city centre. On walking distance of the Bandhaus for nice gigs. Nice staff. We would recommend this excellent apartment hotel Lindeneck!"
