"Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider hat der aggresive Nachbar, der uns den Aufenthalt im Garten verbieten wollte, den spaß getrübt. Trotz LEISER Unterhaltung in einer tropischen Nacht (24 Grad) im Garten hat er sich gleich zweimal beschwert. Dass er dann auch noch den Vermieter anrief, bei dem wir uns rechtfertigen mussten, war mehr als unangenehm!"

"Check in was efficient. Room had Lovely view of Barfusskirche and weather that allowed for open windows. Easy walking distance from Bahnhof (even with heavy suitcase), and the delightful Kraemerbrueke. Somewhat loud on the street at night but not too bad. Room was very clean. Breakfast room was sunny and well staffed with bread, eggs (boiled or scrambled), all kinds of cheese and meats, jams, honey, and several types of tea. Standard coffee machine that produces standard coffee. "

Via phone this was resolved by a very good customer service person who walked me through the process. I stayed for two days. There was no housekeeping offered. I used up all the free coffee.
