"Great location to train station "

"Hotel is high quality construction, great location. Breakfast buffet was high quality with lots of volume and choices of high quality foods, lots of staff for attention to beverages and questions. Some elevator problems through the three nights we stayed there. Most reception staff were knowledgable, one was not. Lots of little steps in the walking route that are not as clear as you might wish, so some near misses of tripping hazard."

"Terrible human beings. I made a reservation months ago, then was diagnosed with cancer. I asked for a refund and they asked for medical proof. I sent in sensitive documents and then they still stalled and delayed and I never stayed. Have some compassion. Will never reserve here. Every other hotel I had was kind enough to understand. Not you all. Shame on you."

"The hotel was great but beware that if the ferries are cancelled they will still charge you for the room. All ferries from Sorrento were cancelled, so we went to Naples as the hotel told us to and spent the day waiting on ferry after ferry but all were cancelled due to weather. So there was absolutely no way to get to the island but we still had to pay for the hotel room (and another one in Naples). However, once we finally made it the next day, the hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. "

"The view over the Mediterranean from this hotel is mesmerizing. You are in for a delicious breakfast with lots of varieties if you want to try their restaurant. Just wish if there was an indoor swimming pool. Also, make sure to know about their shuttle bus schedule as there were no signs on the bus and the evening driver wasn’t that tourists friendly. Your only way to Sorrento is the shuttle or local bus ( SITA bus). Otherwise, taxi is a pricy option Rooms are clean, room service is good."

"The best breakfast buffet I have seen in this area. Excellent service, broad menu choices and well prepared, plated food. The only constructive feedback would be to have blackout curtains. I am a light sleeper, and this is a personal preference. "

"Everything was close by, within a couple minutes walk you were in the heart of the city. the only thing was that they have centralized heating and air, so they turn on heaters till April...then air. we went in march and rooms were warm so it was real stuffy in the rooms."
