This is the perfect location for a family holiday. The two cabins allow both privacy and plenty of room to gather. The bay and town are within walking distance. The decor is simple, cute and modern. I recommend a visit!!

We had such a great time with our extended family: four families with 4 kids under 3 years old. The kids could play in the yard and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. We would highly recommend this for any family trips!

Outstanding location with nicely maintained property only one block from the Ephraim Bay. Also had toys for our 3 year old grandchildren (bubbles and a beach ball), nice fire pits, and a beautiful second floor deck (that could use an umbrella for shade. Excellent kitchen with utensils and large great room with large dining room table. Accommodated our six adults and 4 young grandchildren nicely.

This property was perfect for our family. The 3 separate residences were nice for sleeping. The large house was just the right size for all of us to gather for meals. We loved the yard and bonfire pit. The location is within walking distance of the lake and restaurants.

This property was the perfect choice for our weekend retreat with two other families. The main house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The Pine and Cedar cottages were so adorable and came with a full bathroom and microwave, air fryer/ oven and a small refrigerator. The location of this property is outstanding. 2 minutes driving to Anderson dock and 5 minutes walk to the old post office for breakfast or fish boil in the evening. It was never more than 20 minutes to go anywhere. We all had a great time and will definitely consider choosing this property again at our next retreat.

Serenity on Spruce describes this property. It is nicely located just one block from the water, in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the main house and the duplex and the large yard worked well for our group of 10, which included 3 families. The building is so well built that with the fan on in the bedroom, a person could not hear the family commotion in the common areas of the house.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities, the wants, and then some. The furnishings are newer, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of yard games to select from.
One suggestion if a person books this property, bring a few extra towels. We were provided exactly one towel for each guest, some washcloths, and only one hand towel for each unit, and only 2 kitchen towels. For a 3 night stay, we did a load of laundry just for clean towels. This is minor in the scheme of things.
The first night I experienced difficulty with locking the door and the next day the keycodes had disabled on the duplex. The owner was responsive and gave us immediate attention each time. What could have been a big deal was not.
I would stay here again without hesitation. The property is beautiful!

This rental was exactly as advertised. It was in a great location--close to everything in Ephraim, but also in great proximity to all of the peninsula--we were all over it!
Everything was clean in it, and it served our purposes for the trip. We were so busy outside that we didn't even need to turn on a TV the whole time we were there.
The main doors into the main house were a tad problematic, but we were able to overcome the issues. I spoke with the owners, and they said that they were going to fix this issue.
The duplex units were warm, as they were in the middle of a "heat wave" and they didn't have true AC in there. But we're from Texas, so they're "heat wave" was a piece of cake!
Overall, I think the property was a nice place to stay, and it was very convenient for everything.

This was the first time we stayed in Ephraim. Great location!! Approx 2 Minute walk to restaurants, beach/sunset. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Loved that we could hang on the deck or around the camp fire when we were outside. Kitchen supplies were everything you need for the week. The accommodations were nicely updated; from the decor, beds, bath, kitchen etc.
We would definitely recommend as a place to stay. Both the main house and cottage duplex are updated and comfortable.
Few things we would suggest;
1 Deck on the main house needs an umbrella for shade with the way the sun hits it during happy hour.
2 The door on the main house is very difficult to lock and unlock. Even with the very detailed instructions it seems like there needs to be an enhancement.
Thanks for making our 2022 vacation in Door County a special one.

We had an excellent time in Ephraim. The property was very clean. Communication was quick, thorough and very easy to check in and out of. The location was perfect-within walking distance to restaurants and beach. We traveled with in-laws so the set up was perfect with multiple cabins. Would stay again for sure!

My wife and I stayed with our son and daughter-in-law, their daughter, and our daughter and her fiancé. There was plenty of room and privacy for all. There was a lot of rain in the area before we arrived, so we couldn't take advantage of the large yard and the available outdoor games, but the deck was great at night!

I rented this property and it's lovely accommodations for my family. (myself, my 2 adult children and our significant others) This property is in a great location in Ephraim, (in the middle of all the wonderful towns in Door County) It was quiet, charming, and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (and more!) Not only were the interior rooms exactly as pictured, but it had a wonderful yard for playing games and enjoying a firepit in the evening. We were able to walk down the street to see the sunsets and drive to most places we needed in 10 minutes. The six of us were able to enjoy preparing our own dinner on the grill, eating on the large deck, and making breakfast for everyone (avoiding the wait at restaurants) and all fit around the large table inside. Plenty of parking and trees that gave you all the privacy you wanted. We will definitely be back!

We had a great family vacation in Door County and really enjoyed the house! It's set up well for a family to be located in the main house and another family in the two guest houses or other kids to have their own space! There is a large yard, which was perfect for the kids playing and a firepit! Great location to many beaches and restaurants and lighthouses! We had young kids and the house was well situated for them.

We stayed here with another family and had a fantastic time enjoying the place, the location, and connectivity and convenient dining options right in the neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked, the place was clean and there were brand new outdoor toys in the shed! We visit up north quite often and Its refreshing to find a place with modern, minimalist decor. Incidentally we had 4 kids from 7-11 years old with us and they had a great time playing in the yard/ field, hanging out on the deck and reading the books in the living room of the main house. Loved the little touches like Clorox in every unit, board games to play with and water bottles to start us with. We plan to make this place part of our weekend getaways in future!

The location was ideal and in walking distance to good restaurants and cute shops. With multiple buildings on the property, this place would be great for sharing with friends and family.
