"Everything in the description is true - no exaggeration. You literally walk out of bed and are within feet of the picnic table and pool. The view is amazing and it was very peaceful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was perfect and exactly what we were looking and hoping for."

"We had such a wonderful stay in Jolly Harbour! The property is really lovely - clean, beautiful decking out the back for sitting and eating breakfast on, cool A/C to make the nights bearably cool, and so many handy things on site in Jolly (restaurants, supermarket etc.) Hiring a golf buggy is a must (if not hiring a car) - getting to and from the South Beach wouldn't be manageable without, though the North Beach was lovely for a quick dip on a deserted beach! "The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "

"Communication with management was easy and we were greeted when we arrived and given a tour including how to work the gate to the property, appliances, AC units and everything in between. There was no phone for local calls, the tumble drier was broken and according to the cleaner had been waiting repair for a long time. "This is our 6th time in Antigua - all times at Jolly Beach. Our 3rd time on South Finger, which is ideal for a quick walk to Jolly Beach. Romeo, Property Manager, arrived a couple of minutes after us. As the villa was unlocked, we were able to get inside immediately upon our arrival. "There were 2 couples and one single person so the 3 bedrrom, 3 bathroom Villa was perfect for us. The villa was very spacious and well laid out. The location was ideal, overlooking the ocean and there was a beautiful breeze sitting outside on the porch. We had an issue with the bathroom which the agent addressed immediately. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are a few beach restaurants in the area. We had a great stay! Simonetta was a wonderful and responsibe agent."

"We enjoyed our stay in these roomy apartments. We were 4 adults and so there was ample space and comfort. We needed to be close to the harbour and our sailboat, so these apartments were within easy walking distance to our boat and to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and shuttled us back to our boat with our luggage when we left. Would recommend these accommodations."

"Very comfortable accommodation for a family of 5 (sofa bed for the 5th) but spacious villa, equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. The only thing missing was a baking sheet but we improvised. Majorie was very accommodating. Would we return? Definitely!"

"Nicely remote, very open house, beautiful pool, comfortable beds. No ice maker in the fridge but our escort to the house told us that so we bought ice. The house does not have air condoning which we knew when we made the reservation but we didn't know we would have extreme heat during our visit which made us very hot and unable to escape the heat. "The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone."
