"Stayed on the 3rd floor. Elevator worked and parking was easy. Room was clean with soap and linens. Lights, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer all worked. Staff very pleasant. The TV didn’t work, there were no blankets, the coffee maker was missing. So we called the number and asked for all those things. The guy came quickly and took care of all those things. Also no iron or ironing board and unable to open the closet which had shelving in the way of the door. Unfortunately, the worse thing, and the reason I give it a very low rating — the smoke detector was not hung on the ceiling. We found it in a drawer. "

"No hot water for the shower. I was told it took a few minutes but that did not happen. Weather stripping around the doors needs to be replaced. Would not stay there again. "

"The condo was very nice but there's massive construction going on across the road at the large shopping mall. They were grading the parking lot and caused the whole building to shake and vibrate almost every day so much so it caused a ceilng tile to fall to the floor. From 6am to 5pm constant noise. I was looking forward to renting again next year but we'll see about state of construction."
